Good gym, small pool, very centrally placed

The hotel is in a very convenient and quiet location. Breakfast is great! However it is too dated and needs serious upgrades. Carpets are musty, the room furniture especially bed is ancient and the room configuration is awkward. The room is very spacious but ironically has a really tiny bathroom and toilet

The moment I entered the lobby for checking in I did come with the a new description for Hotels FAST FOOD Hotel. You are almost just a number. No connection. Fast in fast out, next. The room was nice but then I realised there was no window that could be opened. And the same was with every floor-corridor. No fresh air. I would definitely not recommend unless you stay for 2 hours in the room.

Welcome a big let down

This experience was terrible. The room had no hot water and the water that was coming out was brown. Apparently there was a broken pipe causing this issue however we were never told about it. Also the sofa bed is absolutely horrible.

Very nice hotel

We stayed two nights with my kids and had a great experience. The hotel is centrally located, just a short walk from the Lipscani old town area—very convenient for exploring Bucharest. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, with plenty of food and drink options for everyone. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. When my daughter accidentally reset the safe-box code and locked it, I called the front desk and within 5 minutes, someone from IT came and fixed it quickly. Great service and overall a pleasant stay—would definitely recommend!

The hotel is in the middle of the old town and is walkable and close to everything
