Property was very nice. Restaurant was excellent. Room exceeded my expectations. Spacious and nice. My only concern with the room was the floor, it had not been “wet” mopped in a very long time. I know this because the bottoms of our feet were black from walking barefoot in the room!

Super friendly staff, pool bar was wonderful as always.

A horrible experience, Im handicapped the elevator became broken, had to walk to go to another side to get up there then walk a long distance with a disability to gain access to my room. Siren alarm go off while im sleeping now thinking how can i get out safe with broken elevator, i cant stand up on my legs good so I ask for a shower seat to shower and they couldn't help with that either. Workers always had my walkway blocked to get pass in the hall, had to wait for them to move their carts each time. Just a horrible experience not very peaceful restful place or heplful if you have disability.

Nice place to stay

Liked all the access to multiple pools and resort being spread out with alot to do during stay.

Bug was in our bed and toilet over flowed 2x all over the floor
