A clean and comfortable room although no AC which makes it incredibly hot, and the staff would not allow use of personal fan due to not being PAT tested, my argument is that people's phone chargers, laptops, and tablets are not tested so whats the difference. Anyway, that said rest of stay was totslly fine and breakfast perfectly adequate.

Really amazing stay, staff we met were all polite and helpful, room was spacious, clean and well equipped, all parts of the hotel were clean and well maintained, breakfast was good with plenty of choice, replenished quickly by staff, will definitely stay here again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of free parking. Rooms are well equipped with handwash, shampoo and shower gel. A great place for a stop off or if visiting the CBS Stadium, which is less than 10 minutes drive away. The Holiday Inn Nuneaton is informal and comfortable with a bar doing snacks and a limited menu for meals. The Middlemarch Farm is a bigger pub with a wider menu and a stone's throw away. McD and KFC are also walking distance.

New construction wall to wall carpet in halls and rooms. Business hotel on edge of Nuneaton and next to Bermuda industrial estate. Good service and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. One elevator for the 4 story building. No air conditioning so we were given a portable fan which was adequate for early May weather. Window only opens 4 inches for fresh air! Comfortable beds and mainly quiet except for distant tire noise from highway a few hundred yards away .

A good location to visit interesting stuff in the area. Nice room, nice bar, nice food. Breakfast was nice. Close to the M6 for work in Birmingham.

Horrible Stay. The fire alarm went off 4 separate times from 6:15am - 6:30am ruining my sleep. If this was a Premier inn they would have refunded my stay under their Sleep guarentee. Holiday Inn did not do this, They didnt even have a manager contact me as requested. Instead they just sent me a stock email and credited my account with a fivers worth of points. Moral of the story. Dont stay here. Stay with a chain that cares about their guests sleep!

The parking was very easy and close to the reception, given the weather, this was particularly handy. It was well lit so fell quite secure .

Everything was perfect, including the lovely reception staff, who were so helpful and made us feel really welcome Comfy warm clean room - we loved it

Could not fault anything. Staff fantastic. Rooms great. Breakfast very good. When we visit our grandson again we will be staying at the Holiday Inn Express again. Therefore (I'll be back). 👍

Hotel very clean, breakfast ok, bed was very uncomfortable.

The room was freezing despite heating on there was a huge building outside our window that had the most horrible sound all night. The bed was rock solid we had zero sleep 😴 rooms are nit soundproof could hear everyone .the breakfast was a disgrace 😒. Was spoken to rudely by reception staff because we booked with a 3rd party and was told very abruptly they required room deposit. Will never stay there again how about instead of filling the place with stupid tat and pictures ,train your staff better if could give no stars i would

Heating in room didnt work. Heater provided as alternative was very noisy so couldnt use at night. woke up very cold. Bar and Restaurant being refurbished which I didnt know would be the case. Also there was loud buzzing noise outside the room for an hour between 6.30am and 7.30am and the shower pressure was very poor.
