I can’t say enough amazing things about this hotel! Not one complaint! Love my daily cappaciano in the cozy breakfast area. Would definitely stay again . A bit of a walk to downtown but near commuter station.

Very supportive staff Excellent care

The room was clean and staff were very nice. My main complaints are that the shower never got hot. It wasn't cold but it definitely wasn't hot. Even when all the way up. The bed was also a bit average or below

Check in was super quick and easy, staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel in general is modern and stylish with good character. Our room was nice, we paid more to have a bigger room but actually it was too big, almost echoing. Walls were plain, needed some more furniture to fill the space. Our room was nice and warm when we turned the heating on. However our bathroom was always very cold. Overall, was a very pleasant stay.

The Staff at the Hoxton were very nice, enjoyed chatting with them, and they answered all questions. They helped arrange a very early taxi pickup - 4 am. The outdoor patio area was one of my favorites. I enjoyed the outdoors while sipping a prosecco or reading on the very comfy furniture. The attached restaurant was very good - a little pricey.

The most adorable hotel! The location is not the most ideal, but it was worth it! The cafe in the morning was delicious. The room was the most spacious and comfortable hotel that we stayed at on our Europe trip.

We had a lovely stay at The Hoxton. Beautifully furnished throughout, with an amazing bathroom and fab courtyard area for drinks. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and were very welcoming. The location is slightly out of the main town but means it’s nice and quiet and there are a few cafes around that feel very local and authentic. We’d definitely stay here again if we returned to Florence!

Very friendly staff

Staff, the cafe and bar were great. Not much storage space in the bedroom and the central courtyard looks a little unloved. Comfortable bed and great pillows, so overall would recommend

The staff is amazing and very helpful and friendly. A new employee Julian was very helpful. He had just been there 3 days and was very engaging.

Great hotel - room was lovely - bed

For reference, we are a young couple and are well travelled. I can't recommend this hotel enough honestly. - Staff: SO FRIENDLY! So informal, helpful, funny, and trying their best to help customers. Every staff member was smiling and just awesome! Kudos to the hotel management for training such an amazing staff. - Room: super clean, we checked the toilet, shower and for dust, but it was clean and sorted. The esthetics were cute and home-like. The shower is HUGE! There are hot waters "on command". The bed is amazing, the pillows were slightly too soft for me but it's just a personal preference. The room is huge btw! I recommend to upgrade to the bigger room if possible! - breakfast: the eggs are soooo good! And the rest of the food was good as well. - Facilities: the hotel has a nice sitting area to relax, drink coffee, inside cafe and outside area. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel enough especially thanks to the staff, 100% will come back and would recommend this to friends and family

Shower has mold, staff none existent. The only thing it has going for it is breakfast and parking. Which was expensive but necessary when traveling with family for a month.

Loved my stay at The Hoxton Florence. Beautiful design, super comfy rooms, and such a relaxed, cool vibe throughout the hotel. The staff were genuinely friendly and made everything feel effortless. Great location too—close to everything but still calm and quiet. Stylish without being pretentious. Would 100% stay here again.
