Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Kitchenette was nicely stocked. Fridge was cold.

I found the staff to be super helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The only downside was my first night because there were many families with kids so it was a bit noisy, but what can you do ?

The check-in was smooth, but neither the hotel nor amenities were explained to us. We also couldn't find a guidebook in the suite, so we were unsure of things like pool hours and how to work the fireplace. The room was mostly clean, but there were items left in the freezer from a previous guest, so that raises questions. The room was mostly comfortable, though quite outdated and in need of updates. I could hear other guests in the room above us, including their tv at 11:30pm. They only do housekeeping every 3 days, and thus a family of four will quickly run out of supplies such as coffee; they do not even offer turndown service. The breakfast service wasn't too bad. They had some hot and cold options. Be advised that they have a very hard cut-off time so do not even think about asking for a packet of cream cheese about 3 minutes after cut-off, or you will be denied and then spoken to in a very condescending tone by the girls working there. The pool area was nice and the kids had fun on the waterside. Overall I don't feel that I received good value for the room price, but as I said, the kids enjoyed the waterside.

Quiet location, great pool and slide!

For a small town hotel amenities and service was excellent. Definitely will stay here again when visiting family

Breakfast was not good. Tables were dirty most of the time and there was never enough food when we attended!! We mentioned the lack of food to attendant but nothing was done. Thought they were kinda lazy!

Comfortable room and great staff. Good breakfast. Our toilet was a little wobbly, that’s all. It worked fine though. Kids loved the waterslide they have.

Good stay. The room was a touch dirty when we arrived, but nothing that made us question our stay. Pool was also great.

Convenient location for attending a wedding.

The young man at the front desk (Riley) went above and beyond for my mother and I during our stay, absolutely wonderful service, very clean and quiet room

Really great check in experience, and felt right at home there!

Difficult to review as we checked in in the late afternoon, went out to visit, came back late, slept and left early.
