The property was very nicely kept; our maid was excellent and brought us towels, etc right to our door. It was very close to shopping, Hershey Park and nice restaurants. I do wish the pull out couch was a tad more comfortable.

This property was great and the room was very large, perfect for our family of 5. Only complaint I have is that we stayed in building 1 which is closest to the freight train tracks, and you hear the trains running all hours of the night. I recommend staying in building 2 as it's a smidge farther from the tracks and has the indoor pool in it. Along with the ice machine and snack vending machines.

Extremely close to everything. Tanger outlets right next door, you can walk there, Hershey park attractions are 5-10 minute drive. Great location! Clean & spacious room perfect for our family of 5. Didn't use the kitchen much but it is stocked with plates & silverware, full fridge, stove & dishwasher. Only saw one pot in there so not much you can cook but they may have others if you ask. We just didn't need that we were only there 2 nights. Kids enjoyed indoor pool both nights after long days at Hershey. Outdoor pool looked nice but too cold in the spring so not open yet. Would definitely recommend for larger families that don't want to get 2 separate rooms at other hotels.

Casey, at the desk when we arrived was so courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable… One of the best that I have encountered and I have traveled extensively. The suite was very clean, accommodating, and well stocked. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to anybody.

The property had enough amenities for a quick weekend trip. It was fairly clean, although a little outdated. The beds were comfortable and staff was nice. It was a great location and I would stay again.

We had the two bedroom suite. Loved that the unit had a washer and dryer in the unit. Properly was very close to all the Hershey attractions. The only issue we experienced was that some of the front desk staff were reluctant to help resolve a billing issue because the reservation was made through Expedia and not directly with them.

We Love staying at Hershey Suites, it’s like our home away from home with close proximity to all the local restaurants shopping and attractions.

Wonderful propery. Fitness center was updated since our last stay and kids loved the game room.

I didn't like that you heard the roadway traffic. Otherwise the staff was polite and informative. The suite was clean.

Girls trip to see Pink at Hershey Stadium! Walked from property to venue. Property and unit were amazing! Only issue was the train track is nearby so it was a bit disruptive for sleeping.

Absolutely excellent overall!

The hotel had a rough day the desk clerks said. Our room was not ready till about 5. Not a big deal we needed to go to the store. The room was nice. We had two bedrooms and a living room. The bathroom around the shower looks dirty.

The hotel was great and the pool, room, game room, outside area all fantasy, however the train that goes by every hour all day even in the night with the horn honking made me not like this hotel location , therefore we will be picking another location next time we are down there. Rooms need to be soundproof and needs food on site, they where no food options except a vending machine. Which was well stocked. Finally don't believe me check out the google aerial map view and see that train going by when you search this hotel .

Had a great time pool was really nice

The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The size of the suite was perfect and we were provided with everything we needed. Staff was friendly and attentive.

2hrs late checking us in because the cleaning staff kept hanging up on front desk and they didn’t know which rooms were cleaned so we lost our dinner reservations because of it.trains horns blowing ALL night long very annoying and black mold in bathroom
