Spacious rooms, friendly staff, location close to the subway.

Good location, walkable to Shijo area but closer to business center so not really noisy at night. Various transportation stops nearby. Room was big enough for one person and a large suitcase.

Overall good, clean and comfortable room.

The characteristic of hotels in Japan is that they are minimalist, aka minimal everything 😄. There's no need to ask about cleanliness anymore 👍.

Great location, locate near subway and 7-11, lawson. Room was nice and good space, good facilities. Friendly staff, not fluent at english but willing to help for everything. We would recommend for whom traveling to kyoto.

The room is clean, small but fully equipped. No bottled water provided Good service staff You can leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out. There is a convenience store nearby. and is close to both subway lines.

great choice to stay. room was spacious enough, compared to other hotel I stayed at in tokyo and osaka. they gave you night gown and two pillows each (great for those of you guys who are used to having bolster at home). This hotel also provide you with free bicycle rental (you will find it very handy to travel by bicycle in kyoto). The place is very near to nijo castle and karasuma oike station. definitely will come back again if I visit kyoto in future.

The location is close to the Nishiki market, can be reached on foot and many interesting shops that can be explored. Modern hotel, there is a 7-11 near the hotel.

Pretty good hotel, near station as well. The room itself was good, not too small and also provide music just in case you love listening to music around your bedroom and couldn't sleep without it.

Well, not expensive, convenient, not too far from the train station. Near Osaka Castle

Hotel is near to subway station and it's easy to find. Though overall hotel is rather aged, it's filled with the necessary basic amenities, clean and cosy. Shijo kawaramachi area and nijo castle are within walking distance. Overall good stay and will return to this hotel again.
