Cleanliness, charming environment, friendly staff. Very good location.

The hotel is not modern but has modern upgrades in the rooms and is right on the waterfront. It is the only property for about 4 km so a car is necessary (also needed for the beaches). The restaurant food is high quality. The staff were helpful and eager but they were understaffed while we were there, so seem rushed all the time.

The hotel is a pleasant mid century hotel, but the area is depressed and has very limited options. Nice views of the inlet.

Nice hotel and lovely to be so near the water. Very hard to contact the hotel directly as we needed to do when we were out one night. The ferry to Aviero was a fun thing to do and Aviero itself is much fun. Lots of eating in Spain! The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. Nice location.

Nice hotel, we enjoyed our stay

Unfortunately, our expectations of romantic waterfront giveaway were not met. The property is underwhelming and has no amenities to occupy yourself. We dined at the hotel's restaurant during our stay and the food was overcooked, over salted and over priced.

Such a beautiful place to stay, highly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful staff but the structure is absolutely not 5-star. The details in the room were not up to standard. There is no chair in the room to put anything down. The room was too small. In short, the price is double what it should be.

I hate to tell anyone about this place, as it was AMAZING, and I don't want it to be booked up for my next trip!

Pousada is in a lovely setting and very tranquil. The staff were friendly and attentive. The description in address of being in Aveiro is misleading as it is nowhere near the City

Sat on a lagoon we were treated to a view of flamingoes at breakfast time. Whilst a short walk away is a unspoilt beach.

Historical hotel very cute! Nice for relaxation but need ferry to get to Coza Nova

Ótima estadia, a pousada está muito bem localizada e é todo um ambiente calmo. O pequeno almoço correcto, mas sem sumo de laranja ao natural, que é um detalhe apreciado num alojamento deste nivel. Jantar muito bom em sala muito agradável e aconchegante, com vista para o pôr do sol na Ria. Pessoal muito amável e profissional, é uma das mais valias da pousada.

Lovely hotel. Great restaurant. Our room and the dining room overlooked the water. There is a huge long beach about 10 minutes drive away.
