This was a wonderful hotel located right in the middle of shopping and close to the square. The hotel staff was amazing and helpful. The location was so convenient to historical sites. We had an awesome trip!

The property was very rundown and in need of major renovations. Wooden floors creaked so loud that it sounded like we were crushing egg shells. Rooms were cleaned everyday, but not too well. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was ok. Location was fantastic. However, with so many hotels in the area at similar prices I will be choosing a different place next time.

Beautiful and historic property, convenient to everything. Excellent breakfast and wonderful staff. Noisy at night as there are a lot of late night people who like to drink and party.

The hotel and staff were excellent, the location was superb for staying in Krakow. The included breakfast was more than adequate. Would recomend and stay again.

Many more positives than negatives, the location was brilliant for a stay and at the price the hotel was good value for money. Staff at check in and for breakfast were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast offering was good, but was let down by the ‘hot’ options. Providing you are happy with bread and meats you will love breakfast. My partner however prefers a cooked breakfast and the options for this were limited and not particularly nice, probably because it was served as a buffet. The hotel was well cleaned, but the cleaning staff were let down by the outdated bathroom that needed a revamp. One of the more annoying aspects was the two separate duvets that were given to us in a double room. Not sure if this is the case all the time but it was not great for a couple.

The Hotel was great in every aspect except no lift. But could not fault it in any other way.

It’s location - in the centre of the old town - makes it ideal for exploring on foot. The breakfast is very generous and staff are very helpful and friendly. Th only downside for us was the stairs to our room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Floryan all the staff made us so welcome everyone was so nice and helpful. Our room was spacious and lovely and clean. We would stay there again in a heartbeat can’t wait to go back and visit them again

Super location and helpful staff. Very clean and and warm ( air conditioning for hot weather). Definitely planning a revisit.

Within the Old Town of Krakow so handy for all the sights, shops etc. Less than a 10 minute walk from the main railway station if you come from the airport that way. Room was spacious, good bathroom (shower a bit weedy though), plenty of heat if you like the room warm but easy to control via thermostat. There's a restaurant downstairs (pizzeria) but the food is not all that brilliant and there's not a lot of room at breakfast if all guests decide to come down at once, so get there early!!

Nice room, pleasant reception, excellent breakfast. However, it was disappointing to realize that hotel was inaccessible by car. Wasted a lot of time to reach the hotel with the help of the GPS, but unable to do so. Customers should be warned to find a parking place of their choice before coming to the hotel.

Friendly staff, good breakfast range and quality. Great location - right near Florian Gate, which is about 10 minutes walk from central bus/train station. Rooms are nice and quiet.

Lovely hotel situated very close to the main square in Krakow. The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. A wide selection of food was available for breakfast and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Clean hotel. Be advised there is no elevator which is the only down side
