Great gathering area with the two stages at night for shows and for singer-dance entertainment

Great Vacation destination.

We had a great time overall! We were welcomed by quite an awful musty smell in our rooms, floor 3 2070 and 2072:,that should be addressed! The shower needs updating, parts of it old. One dinner we sat at Steak House and there was trash on the beach by our table.

Our stay here was amazing, food was great, staff was awesome, night time entertainment, clubs, water park, pools, they also have pool entertainments which was fun, pool bars as well, I had a great time there

I wish the beach was cleaned more frequently to remove the seaweed.

Loved the parties and the entertainment, shared RIU Properties, 24 hour spotts bar.

The food was disappointing, and the room had visible mold. Despite bringing it to their attention, no action was taken to resolve the issue. I will not stay here again with my family.

It’s just spectacular love it

The room's light connectors didn't work, only one, and it had a water leak which was annoying the whole stay. I notified the staff when I arrived, but they never fixed it, and the service from the staff was very bad.

The room I saw online and paid for, is not what they gave me, even after hours of back and forth with staff. I showed my reservation and what they showed online, which was very different from what they actually gave me.

Services with the staff was perfect.

Beautiful property,

I had a nice time, entertainment is very uplifting. I was not impressed with the food. All restaurants have the same style of menu. Premade apps and only 2 choices of menu. The buffet felt like a mass production of food. I been to at least 12 resorts in Dominican Republic i would give Riu a 31/2z

Amazing, best hotel!

I loved my stay at the Riu report. Staff was very helpful and kind. Rooms were clean and stocked. Food was great. Completely satisfied!

I found a cockroach in my room as soon as I walked in. They had to change my room. Food was not good either.

Great hotel, all amenities are excellent and safe.
