Amazing hotel, pity about the weather which was extremely disappointing

It's 2025 and the property doesn't have working WiFi and needs a revamp as it's looks very old and dated. Everyday our room card was deactivated and had the inconvenience of going down to reception to get it activated and was told that close contact with mobile phones can deactivate it. One card was always in the room so unsure how a mobile phone could deactivate it... on a positive note the maids were always lovely and pleasant

I didn't get the room that I booked which was annoying. The staff were lovely but ineffective dealing with problems. Had to wait for pool towels all the time. Breakfast area awful and a shambles. The pools were freezing, even the heated one. There were plenty of beds though and the pool are is lovely as are the rooms.

**Sheraton Fuerteventura: A Relaxing February Getaway** My mid-February stay at the Sheraton Fuerteventura was fantastic. The hotel boasts great amenities, including a top-notch spa, a spacious pool, and generously sized, clean rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the property itself is beautiful and well-kept. The location is ideal, situated near a shopping mall and stunning beaches perfect for swimming and soaking up the sun. Food options were plentiful, and while not gourmet, everything was above average in quality. The only minor downside of the location is the surrounding area – it's mostly desert, limiting options for exploration outside the resort. However, if you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation with all the comforts on-site, this is a superb choice. I would definitely return to the Sheraton Fuerteventura!

Family of 4. We asjed for kids beds to be put in the room, and hotel were helpful with that request. Service at the main restaurant was good, staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome, very good with kids. Food got a bit samey as we were full board, so I'd recommend half board. Shops nearby so can grab snacks from the supermarket if needed. Service at the pool side restaurant was very slow. I was also disappointed that a regular at the bar was served before me even though I had been waiting a while with a small child, seemed to be some favouritism. Swimming pools were great, lots of pools and great kids pool. Our 2nd visit to this hotel. First visit 4 years ago was amazing, and this visit overall was good.

Great staff. Attractive resort. Super spa. Very relaxing. Restaurant food needs to improve to match the high standard of the rest of the resort.

Excellent except for the pool bar where the new chief was making mistakes in relation to the produce served
