All was perfect!! The meal there is excellent!!

Great food and great staff. The spa is fantastic. However, the room wasn't great. Broken fridge, broken kettle and other broken things. Very bad mould in shower.

Overall a great all inclusive hotel to stay at, most of the staff was really polite and well trained, sadly the same cannot be said about most servers at the main diningroom. They didn't seem to care much about the guests, no kindness at all from their side, they barely even greeted us. Some other negative points: 1)No small pillows were provided in the room, and when we realized it before bed time, we didn't feel like walking down to the front desk to ask for them. 2)There's no inside lock on the room doors, so housekeeping staff can simply enter after a very short knocking, it's pretty frustrating and shocking in the morning. 3)There's a bowling alley that's located in the Spa facility, just a short outside walk from the hotel. It's great, really cheap but why does it have to close at 9 pm?? I suppose, that most guests, just like us would love to enjoy their day at the Spa, then after dinner (that's available till 9:30 pm) having some fun at the bowling alley, but it's impossible thanks to the super early closing time. 4)We were here during the Advent holiday, right before Xmas, the hotel is obviously almost full (didn't feel overcrowded but definitively there's a lot of guests), so why the heck there's no any live music at the bar during evenings??? After dinner up to around 1 am the bar area was full of guests who were chatting besides some drinks, I support they'd love to dance as well if there was opportunity to do so.

The spa was excelent. The air conditioning was poor.

We came for the water park... The hotel is run down (to say the least) and the rooms are in a very bad shape. The rooms are filthy (really). Service in the dining room is bad - I had to stand up and go to the waiter any time I wanted to order drinks

Decent hotel, but not worthy of 4 Star rating. The Bad: Carpet was severely stained and spotted. Upon notifying front desk, the room service shampooed the carpet the next morning. There was no in-room coffee or tea. Air conditioning barely functioned. Front desk tried to charge us $200 extra for our children despite them being included in the booking. The Good: Breakfast and dinner meals were great. The spa and pool complex attached were top notch and tons of fun for the whole family.

The hotel is centered around the Spa, apart from this the food is average and the staff are not very welcoming! Food is average.dining room closes at 21.30 however they start to clear away by 20.15!!

Sauberes großes Zimmer, tolle All in Verpflegung, direkter überdachter Zugang zur Poollandschaft. Einfach ein phantastischer Aufenthalt.....wir kommen sicher wieder.

Die Therme + Mitarbeiter sind sehr gut, an der Sauberkeit (vorallem Teppiche im Zimmer) kann und sollte man arbeiten. Zustand der Möbel ist ausbaufähig. Essensauswahl und Qualität sehr gut.

Sauber, freundliches Personal, insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt

Es hat eigentlich im Ganzen alles gepasst! Nur man darf wirklich erst 15 Uhr rein bei der Ankunft!

Toller und erholsamer thermenurlaub! Servicepersonal sehr freundlich und schnell! Essensauswahl und Qualität waren spitze! Therme ist großartig und der bademantelgang ist optimal.

Großartige Auswahl von Speisen, hervorragendes Essen nur die Getränke sind nicht mehr von Flaschen, Wein zb. 10l Tetrapack oder Alkoholfreie Getränke aus Automaten (Sirup und Wasser gemischt). Früher vor 3 Jahren war das nicht so.

Velká spokojenost, jídlo výborné, prostředí čisté, jezdíme opakovaně, moc se nám tu líbí.
