Great staff and service. They are still recuperating from the storms but the ocean view in 1709 is stunning

Beds comfortable, very clean, furniture decent, quiet, awesome ocean views. Could use a bit of decor for a more homey feel. Small issue with toilet was repaired promptly. All Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would go back!

From a 7th floor suite there is a beautiful view of the ocean. The suite is spacious and comfortable.

Poor conditions for the room. Rust and what appeared to be mold in the bathroom. Rusted locking mechanism for back door. Back door didn’t secure properly. Bed frame felt broken and sunk in. Paint peeling from ceilings. Just an overall poor condition room. The “breakfast” was just cereal and prepackaged snack cakes.

The minute we checked in and room keys didnt work Toilet didnt flush ice machine wasnt working door to balcony was jammed terrible conditions after dinner came back we coulnt get to the room waited 46 minutes fir maintenance to show up another 15 minutes to finnaly walked in the front desk staff was no help no very service oriented. Continue with out ice. Finally we stayed for one night had to make reservations to another hotel Delta Marriot Bon voy was so much better. Which i believe i should be refunded for the two nights i had reserved atcthe Caribe resort terrible experience.

My door’s sensor for my key card was busted, I didn’t really care much however the staff were very friendly and quick with fixing the issue immediately after I brought it up, maintenance guys were cool to have conversation with, front desk assistants were both extremely kind and understanding, 0 complaints would definitely come here again.

Get what you pay for on this stay! My son was visiting potential colleges on the Atlantic side and thought this looked(according to the pics) like a nice, safe place for our family of 3 to stay for four nights. It’s safe as it appears to be in a good area and my family felt safe. However, the pics that you see online are outdated and don’t show the current condition of this property. Beds are adequate, tv worked fine, but rooms need some updating and a little tlc. Our room lacked ventilation as there was always a musty smell in the air. A ventilation fan in the bathroom would go a long way to remove moisture from taking a shower. Most if not all balconies had some sort of mold running off the deck and down the ocean side of the building. I would guess this was caused by the a/c unit condensation running off the balconies?? Our balcony stayed wet a majority of our stay. Pools were clean and fine for use, but the furniture needed to be power washed or replaced. Property had easy access to the beach as it was less than a stones throw away. Common areas appeared dirty and could use a good cleaning and paint. Adequate parking as I don’t believe they were ever at capacity. Overall, if your looking for a place to sleep and enjoy a night or two near the water then you will be fine. However, staying multiple nights I would move on down the road. There are way too many places in Daytona Beach to choose from and we would have probably been happier staying elsewhere. Good luck!

*DO NOT STAY HERE* Lester the guy that checked us in was great and helpful we tried 3 different rooms and not only mild and used wash clothes dirty hanging in the bathroom but please for the love of god check under the mattress before you sit or lay down on it they have Bed bugs and cockroaches and the rooms they show online are not at all what’s actually there the images are AI generated and absolutely disgusting and if you get on the elevator it’s a heck of a ride too! The place needs a serious renovation and the owners need to stop pocketing the money they get from the Hurricane insurance that money is meant for the damages done to the place not for your pocket. At least the guy that checked us in was honest on how run down the place is even the other worker there seen what we seen and he was ready to quit not to mention they just fired 5 housekeepers place needs to be shut down immediately. So that being said if you cherish your health and don’t want to the doctors after leaving don’t stay here and I’m not even joking about it after checking 3 rooms on 3 different floors definitely a no go for me

Very run down facilities, rooms were very dirty, not even the bedding was clean. Waited almost 5 hours for clean bedding and that’s after an attempted room swap which was just as bad as the previous room, with the addition of no ac. I will commend the maintenance man for going above and beyond to help fix the issue with the room. Overall, not worth the money

Amazing Shannon, at night is awesome and Danica is so great. Rose, Ashley and Gail all the folks there are super nice and very professional.

Nice space to stay

It doesn’t look like much from outside and elevators are old BUT the rooms are beautiful and the view is spectacular on the ocean side, just view the pictures well. Ashley, Danica, Shannon and Lester are great. Crystal isn’t as friendly but she is very nice. We ended up booking every night for 4 days and still got the same room.

Good location. Building could use some repair aside from the hurricane damage, but was clean and worked well for the money. Bed was a bit hard, but water was hot, room and pool were clean, and it was efficient.

The ladies at the front desk, especially Shannon, are awesome. We ended up booking for 3 nights in a row but each night separately because of hospital stay. They were so helpful and sweet. The young girl in the breakfast area is also very nice and helpful. It’s a little off putting because the elevators are old but the room and view are excellent

Hotel was old and ran down the balcony view was the only good part the price was not ok for a run down hotel like that

The location is excellent and it's fine to spend one night, but it's a bit old. Otherwise, everything worked for us and the price is fair.

Beach view was nice, the pool could use some upgrades like a lazy river, kids splash pad, jacuzzi, some more outdoor lighting it was dark the hotel looks old and need some more renovations and upgrades. The first room we had was not that great. It needed some work done to it like a new paint job on the ceilings and walls, new kitchen appliances and tvs. Breakfast need more choices. Overall my family made the best what we could afford on this stay.
