Everything was fantastic!!!

A gem of a hotel in Benidorm. Food cleanliness staff you name it it was great. Stayed before and it never disappoints. Reception staff were fantastic well clued up and resolve any issues immediately. Food quality exceptional. All diners in the evening had made a real effort and looked lovely.

We had a long weekend in Benidorm and loved this hotel. Good breakfast and dinner and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Highly recommended

My mattress would need to be changed, and the pillows are not very comfortable. Aside from that, everything else was good. The staff is very friendly.

We spent November Fiesta week in this hotel. Couldn’t fault the hotel from check in to check out. We had previously stayed in another RH hotel, The Canfali and hoped this one lived up to its smaller sister, whilst it didn’t quite have the same personal touches it was still a lovely hotel with friendly staff in all areas. Cleanliness was faultless and everywhere was sanitised thoroughly, well within the covid guidelines Definitely worth a visit and so handy for the beach and only a 5 minute stroll into the centre of Benidorm for shopping and tapas.

Fine if you are of a retired age , we are a well travelled luxury 4/5 star couple in our early 40’s . We rate this 3 star, checked out after one night but manager did refund.

Room overlooking car park no sun delivery van turned up at 6am every morning and an electric motor hummed all night long. Quilt on beds very heavy so had to take them off. Breakfast was good but evening meals not up to 4 star standard.

It was in a perfect location, very nicely decorated, comfortable clean rooms, great food, with a good selection and the staff were very friendly and happy. The maids do a great job keeping the hotel so clean. We will definitely be staying here on our next Benidorm vist!!!
