Very nice hotel don’t get my wrong nice pools drinks were good staff was very friendly but did have some cons , first of all when we check in the don’t tell us to make sure to take care of those pool card or you will be charged for them they however do make sure to mention that there is no reservations for restaurants but then when you try to go to steak house you have to be there at 6:00 to have your name written down for the wait but then half of the resturant is empty and they don’t let you go in after 7:45 !!!! Would I go back probably not but not bad for the price you pay I guess you get what you pay for .

The food at the buffet was good, but the other restaurants were not great. My room had an overwhelming smell of mildew and all of my clothes and luggage smelled like it when I got home. I have not been able to get the smell out.

It’s a decent resort . Very good spot on ocean with a beautiful beach there . The staff is great and friendly . The food is ok . Pretty much what you expect from a mid tier all inclusive . A few small things the pools close at 7pm which for my swimming in a lighted pool at night having a few drinks is great especially after being in that hot sun all day . Also while I may not go to a beach resort to watch TV our remote literally says Netflix and prime on it without the function of either we had a few nights we would’ve loved to just chills and watch a movie . Which I find funny to have it on the remote but I not have the apps available . Overall a nice stay for the right price I would consider returning but I think there are probably some better options out there. Probably 7/10 for me .

Food was pretty good, a variety of food. Some staff were not friendly but for the most part this is a great place to stay. Very clean, however in some areas it smelled like sewer. I’d give it a 8/10!

The steak and asian restaurant was our favorite places to eat. The staff were VERY nice, courteous and always ready to help with any questions. The resort is very clean and they have a great variety of entertainment in the evenings and a good mix of music to dance to in the evenings. My entire family loved the resort and would recommend it to anyone interested in going to Nayarit
