We stayed a night here with three other couples and their kids. We wanted something close to the golf resort and beach, and for the price we felt like the hotel was a great choice. It was very clean and the eating area and pool were both nice places to relax and sit. We stayed on the 3rd floor and had a beautiful view. All rooms came with a balcony and big bathrooms. The beds were typical for sicily/Italy... Hard and with flat pillows, but we've learned to bring our own amenities to help. Lastly, staff only speaks Italian so be sure to look up translations or book online to help with miscommunication. Other than that, had a good time and enjoyed the areas around and the quiet beach!

Not quite what I was expecting. The word "parco" made me think of greenery and open space around the hotel which wasn't the case. It's a nice, quiet, three-star (not four) place which did us well for two nights. The pool area wasn't great but the sea very nearby. The free wi-fi doesn't reach the rooms, which was annoying: we had to sit in reception (one sofa) every time we wanted to use it. Personally I'd look for something with more character and better places to eat around it next time. There are very few a amenities within walking distance and the hotel restaurant was OK, but pretty sterile if you are looking for atmosphere. The beach pizzeria was good but don't touch their white wine; stick to bottled beer!!

We arrived after a long day's drive, and there was no hot water for showers. When I called to the desk, they insisted that there was hot water...and then, hung up on me. There was hot water the next morning. The safe in our room didn't work. The staff on the desk said they'd see about it the next afternoon while we were gone, but it still didn't work, so we walked around town for two days carrying our passports and cash. It's an adequate hotel, otherwise, with a small pool. Breakfast was included.

We only stayed here one night. The hotel was clean and close to the beach.The receptionist was very friendly and nice.

Ths hotel is rated incorrectly. We were there ithe end of April....the pool was not open, the room was cold, and we were the only guests in that very large complex and our breakfast was a reflection of that. The place is very hard to find. The hotel has visual appeal, but the staff was as cold as the room. The desk clerk told me I should have worn something with sleeves. I will never return.

Hotel is really nice, very clean and well maintained. However, there is problem with internet connnection. Staffs were really nice to let use to use theirs. We were there in April. The town was deserted. There was nothing you can do in town. Only one decent restaurant (two in total).

the hotel is very new and nice, very clean and easy to find. it is not so near to the sea but with a short walk is possible to reach a beach with all services.

La più grossa delusione è stata la colazione. Positivo il comodo parcheggio e la comodità delle camere.

La signora alla reception no comment. Colazione carente e manca il ristorante. Stanza carina (ha tutto quello che serve ma pulizia non proprio eccelsa e doccino da soatituire, ce ne era uno a spruzzo che per farti una doccia decente dovevi starci 1 ora).. Mare bello perche distesa di sabbia e con i bambini e belissimo, c-e pure la doccia pubblica. Serve un ombrellone ed eventualmente delle sedioline.). Nei dintorni non c'e quasi nulla 1 bar 2 mini market e 1 pizzeria. Bisogna spostarsi con la macchina.

Hotel stupendo staff eccezionale

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in questo hotel, camera 106 piano terra. Camera areata , grande e fornita di cucina. Bagno pulito, disposizione bagnoschiuma, saponetta e cuffia. Camere pulite e rassettate giornalmente. Piscina pulita, gradevole, con sdraio, lettini, tavolini, possibilità di avere caffè e bibite durante il bagno in piscina. Colazione buona, con possibilità di scelta: latte, tè, caffè, cacao, yogurt, cereali, succhi, cornetti vuoti e al cioccolato, fette biscottate, marmellate e Nutella, panini, salumi e frutta fresca. I dintorni sono un po’ spogli a livello di ristoranti o negozi però basta spostarsi a punta secca, marina di Ragusa o Scoglitti per passare una serata a passeggiare lungo queste bellissime spiagge. Chi ha valutato 4* questa stamberga avrà avuto i suoi tornaconti. Stando alla definizione di 4*: - Telefono assente - riassetto camera solo 1 volta al giorno in maniwlera frettolosa e senza cambio lenzuola per 5 giorni - Colazione scadente - Reception poco presidiata (dovevamo prendere la chiave noi perchè non c'era quasi mai l'addetto). - Concierge assente - Televisore poco funzionante Ma a questo va aggiunta una sporcizia ovunque (retro televisore e sopraarmsdio ci si può scrivere col dito dal.livello di polvere presente), omini degli armadi appiccicosi da quanta sporcizia ormai è depositata (così come armadi stessi ed ascensore), feci di cani ovunque fronte ingresso della struttura. Una struttura decadente e maleodorante.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere in poco tempo le località nei dintorni come marina di Ragusa e punta secca (casa del commissario Montalbano).ottima pulizia , da migliorare la colazione ,poco abbondante se arrivi tardi

La struttura per essere conforme a quanto visto dovrebbe chiamarsi b&b con piscina e non hotel a 4 stelle. per la pulizia niente da ridire, per l'accoglienza nulla di particolarmente gradevole, la cosa fastidiosa è stata dover chiedere la carta igienica perchè non viene lasciato un rotolo di riserva nonostante averlo richiesto

Hotel economico e pulito con ampio parcheggio a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di punta Braccetto. La nostra camera era molto grande con balcone ed anche vista mare. C'è la piscina che non è grandissima, sarà 15 metri x 5 metri, e l'acqua è bassa ovunque, credo sia profonda 1 metro, perfetta per stare tranquilli con i bambini piccoli e rinfrescarsi. Colazione buona e personale cordiale.

Hotel pulito e confortevole a due passi dal mare. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Cemera grande con vista sul mare. Bella la zona esterna dotata di piscina e doccia a disposizione degli ospiti. Assolutamente consigliato
