We stop here quite often as it’s a great place to stay. easy access off the motorway and easy parking. The breakfast here is always excellent with a wide choice. Just a footnote about the bedding- perhaps don’t tuck-in the duvet as when it’s moved it pulls out the bottom sheet and mattress protector = messy bed.

As we were driving a long way, I wanted to assure that the restaurant and bar would be open in a hotel in the area. This hotel replied back saying that the bar is open all week and so is the restaurant. Booked it, arrived and the bar was not open. The kindly receptionist offered to get us a beer from the restaurant but the beer was flat and uncared for. We went to the restaurant, which had a coach trip in, and the staff could not cope with the volume, tables uncleaned, queues and thinking about that flat beer, thought it would be better to look elsewhere. Disappointing.

A very good half way stop over for me. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. Nice to have the option of two restaurants. The breakfast is very good.

The hotel is an easy 10 minute drive to the centre of Valence - there is free car parking at the hotel - the staff are lovely - there are 2 dining options - both very good - a really comfortable place to stay.

The hotel interior is new and very cool. Breakfast is in a small pretty courtyard. Lots of parking. Great reception area.

GREAT place to stay en route very clean modern frisky and with a baby we were very happy Evening entertainment was excellent and pool was deep and clean - we loved it Highly recommend this as a pit stop Area around is not great as it’s off the krotorwah bur very very practical for driving across France

Very modern and atylish hotel, smelt great as soon as you walked in - room was very small but the bed was super comfy and the shower was great - very close to the motorway so the perfect spot to stay in the way to Switzerland

This hotel enjoys a very good location to access from the autoroute south. It is an attractive, stylish hotel, well run and welcoming. We were impressed and will return

This hotel looks nothing from the outside but inside it is completely renovated in a colourful and attractive way. The rooms are also newly decorated but very small. I don't how Mercure can classify these as 4 star as they are the same size as an Ibis room. Room service is limited and over priced as is breakfast.

Spacieux et très confortable

La réceptionniste est accueillante et le lieu est désigné + le parking est grand.

P'tit déj : il n'y avait plus de pain, de beurre, de salade de fruits, de couteaux, de tasses. Les tables n'étaient pas desservies. Le personnel était complètement dépassé. Chambre petite, sans rangement, le coffre fort ne fonctionnait pas (les piles étaient HS, et ils n'en n'avait pas en stock...???!!! et personne pour aller en acheter). La prise à côté du lit ne fonctionnait pas non plus. On nous a enfin proposé une autre chambre mais avec insistance. Malheureusement dans la chambre proposée le coffre fort ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Puis une 3ème chambre sans savon, des serviettes de bains que pour une personne et un dysfonctionnement de l'écoulement du lavabo au goutte à goutte pratiquement.... 1 personne accueillante sur 3 Pour un 4 étoiles, c'est vraiment lamentable.
