Staff is friendly and helpful. The property is very well maintained looks like an Oasis , if you have kids this is the property to go , they have activities For kids in the afternoon . Front desk staff is very helpful and pool- bar area staff is very nice and friendly! They have a lifesaver by the pool all the time ! I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and families

The room was large, with many amenities, and at the reception there were people who could speak Spanish and English. We loved the customer service, they gave us many suggestions on where to eat and which beaches to go to. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious... A good place to go for a walk around. This hotel will definitely be my next visit to Busios. We loved it.

Nice little village, great for kids ( activities from 9-9!) Amazing staff and very comfortable rooms. Love the hammock and sauna.

It was excellent for family. We have 2 small children and there was a great schedule of activities for them. My 5 year old had a lot of fun. Great pool area, great soccer field and great small playground for smaller kids. The only criticism would be the restaurant. The food could be better, a bit more attention to it.

We spent 10 days at Corais e Conchas. Our children loved it as they enjoyed daily activities in the pool and playing sports with two excellent activities coordinators. The breakfast was excellent and there was also a 5 pm tea time courtesy of the posada. The rooms were comfy and clean (with both aircon and cealing fan). We enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to Geriba beach one of the biggest around (one can go for a quick run early in the morning which is indeed beautiful), and close to transportation to town and many other nice beaches as well. The sauna was always working and the bar was open til midnight everyday (with excellent caipirinhas, fruit juices, and else). The hotel restaurant is pretty good with simple food for children (can´t go wrong with pizzas and pasta, and burgers) and a good enough menu for adults with fish and meat dishes, salads, and typical food from Brazil. So in all, we could indeed relax and our kids were sad to go. We would go back.

Beautiful quiet little hotel, i wish we could've stayed an extra day. Delicious breakfast, amazig customer service and 1 block away from the beach. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to everyone.

Pousada muito agradavel com quarto amplo, limpo e arejado. Fomos bem recepcionados e atendidos com atenção e cordialidade desde o check in. Excelente café da manhã. Recomendo e voltaria!

Experiência familiar e agradável Ótima estada. A pousada é perto da praia e oferece cadeira e guarda sol. O ambiente é para família e tudo é pensado para o bem estar de todos. Toda a equipe é bastante acolhedora e fazem dos dias serem ótimos. A recreacão é para todas as idades e o Felipe da piscina e as Tias Lala e Lu são diferenciais. É nossa terceira vez e sempre indicamos para amigos, pois a experiência é boa.. as comidas também são ótimas

Foi tudo maravilhoso. O lugar é muito confortável, limpo e agradável. Os funcionários sao todos muito educados e solícitos. O espaço para crianças é muito bom. As piscinas sao climatizadas e limpas com salva-vidas muito atentos. O bar/ restaurante funciona muito bem com pratos excelentes e preços justos. O café da manhã é muito bem servido e com comida de qualidade. Tudo excelente.

Incrivel hotel, principalmente para quem tem crianca! Voltaremos sem duvida! Ponto alto é a piscina aquecida, sauna e a recreaçao.

A Pousada precisa melhorar a qualidade dos colchões e travesseiros. Ficamos no quarto Luxo e a única diferença que sentimos para o Standard foi o tamanho. A cama não era confortável, os travesseiros bem finos, pressão do chuveiro bem fraca. Os pontos fortes da pousada são todo Staff. Super educados, prestativos e atenciosos aos detalhes. Nosso filho gostou muito da área kids e da recreação.

Excelente estadia em Búzios com recreação focada em crianças. Meu filho de 3 anos adorou, sentiu-se bem a vontade com a Tia Lu. Programação das 9h às 19h,
