Centrally located with easy access to bars, restaurants, public transportation and close to the water.

Got here kind of late, so wasn’t able to really check out the area. But staff was super friendly, and check in was fast.

It was great overall!

Perfect location in Ostersund. Great staff.

No phone in room. If a hotel offers room service etc. they should have a phone in the room. QR codes for menus etc did not work.

Staff were helpful and friendly, hotel is clean and spacious

We were only staying for a couple of nights. Parking was available in a carpark close by. Check in was quick and straightforward. Our room was good and just as expected. Breakfast was nice annd plentiful and matched the quality that we encountered elsewhere in Sweden. Certainly no complaints

The property was very busy during our stay due to the festival but we felt that everything was still accessible and the hotel had lots of space and the staff were very attentive. Our only down point was the pool opening hours as it would have been nice to have a swim at 8am before having breakfast and checking out.

The restaurant was good and breakfast is fabulous

So disappointing. We are booked here from 19th to 28. Wanted to check out a day early as there is no need to us to stay longer. We were here for a world sporting event and our team has lost out. So we need to leave. But no refund will be given after spending HUNDREDS of dollars. So disappointing.

Staff was great, property needs some updating.

The front desk staff was fantastic especially Olivia and Daniel. Very friendly and helpful. Our suite was super nice. The breakfast was awesome, what a selection! Convenient location.

It was a perfect pick for me! Right in the middle in town...

Trevlig personal och fina rum! Rekommenderas

Bra läge, rent och snyggt med trevlig personal. Bra utformad dusch där vattnet inte täckte halva badrummet. Bra kuddar, särskilt den stora kudden. Rituals som finns på hotellet ger ju lite lyxig känsla Men, pumparna är ju tyvärr av så dålig kvalité så där får man kämpa för att få ut något. Känslan av lyx får sig en törn.

God och fräsch frukost. Rörig och ologiskt i frukostbuffen man fick kryssa fram och tillbaka för att hitta saker som hör ihop exempelvis flingor mm till yoghurten var inte bredvid utan på ett hela annat ställe. Rent och trevligt.
