Pullman Hanoi was renovated on the old hotel foundation, not built a new one, so the facilities are very bad, not worthy of 5-star standards.

Pullman Hanoi was renovated on the foundation of an old hotel (I think it was New Horizon) so the facilities are very poor. The rooms are small, stuffy and humid, the room facilities are old and there is no bathtub. To be classified as 5 stars, I think Pullman Hanoi does not meet that standard, far behind Pullman Saigon or Pullman Vung Tau. Traveloka should check carefully before selling rooms to customers. I feel like I have been cheated!

Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Phòng khách sạn tuy nhỏ nhưng tiện nghi, sạch sẽ. Mình được nâng hạng phòng miễn phí và được tặng welcome fruit vì có thẻ hội viên Accor. Lần sau sẽ quay trở lại Pullman

The staff is kind, the room is good, the breakfast is delicious.

The minibar has snacks that are expired - this is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel like Pullman. I did not get any apology or anything for this mishap.

Wine calls up the newspaper room, and there are only 2 types of wine that are not delicious

Went here for a meeting and stay. Room is great with excellent facilities and amenities. Bed was super comfortable and location is quite nice, far away from crowds but not too far away from major points of interest.
