Pretty campus, good service. Set off from the main drag, a lovely place to stay in Chapel Hill.

We needed a place to stay where we could cook for medical reasons. The staff was amazing and the room was perfect. We had an Executive suite

I liked its location

The room was nice.breakfast was good. But after I checked in I found out there was a 100.00 non refundable dog deposit. If I had known that upfront I wouldn’t have stayed there. I have a 13 pound dachshund. You had nothing to clean up after. She is house trained. We didn’t leave her in the room alone. This is a deal breaker for us ever staying at your hotel again.

The room temperature was hard to manage. Too cold at times and too hot at others. Also, the shower has a couple of corner shelves that have holes in the back corner. This is allowing water to flow into the walls and will result in major damage. Lastly, the microwave turntable does not work.

Kyle at the front desk was so nice and helpful. The place could use some new hallway carpets but other then that a nice place overall.

Comfortable clean room, enough selections for the complimentary breakfast.

Clean hotel and courteous employees. The pool area and patio are fantastic. We did have an issie with our 1st room - the people in the room bext door were extremely loud. They also smoked pot- so much so that the hallway and our room had a heavy pot smell. The desk clerk on duty switched our room for us. Not sure of anything was done about the guest who was smoking pot in the other guest room.
