The staff were very friendly! This is a no frills king of place. The room was very clean and the shower was actually amazing! They have an outdoor pool and hot tub. Walking distance to a few restaurants. Super close to the lake! Perfect spot for us and our dogs! I would definitely stay here again!!

The rooms were old and breakfast didn’t had much options.

It was a cute place with a pretty view.

Overall, it is clean. The air conditioner is old and loud though. We had to turn it off during the night to get some sleep.

Great view from the balcony, Suite was very roomy. Room could use a refresh. Carpet torn, furniture old, portion of weatherstriping under the door was missing creating a nice entryway for bugs. One night I must have killed 20 flying insects on the walls and ceilings. Complimentary breakfast included prepackaged waffles, slices of bread, boxed cereal and a juice dispenser which was not working properly. Maybe we missed some items as we arrived one hour before breakfast was over, Housekeeping never showed up the first day and we found an empty can and food crumbs under the bed. Place has possibilities but management needs to step up and fix these issues.

If you are looking for clean and updated rooms this property will fit the bill. Otherwise nothing else about is special.

Not a bad location. Not in the middle of things but close enough. Less than a mile to the free parking garage at the visitor center. Easy walk from there into town. Nice to be able to park directly in front of our room. Breakfast selections were extremely limited. Really nice that they had a filtered water station in the lobby. I would visit again.

We love to lay out of the hotel, the views were outstanding, and the staff did a marvelous job. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel. Small rooms but have the basics. Good pillows. Pool did not have water in it as of the end of June so FYI. Free breakfast not much and no lids to take coffee with you. So we ate at local restaurants. Close to shopping and the park.

Great one closer to the mountains

This is such a cute little property. My room was simple but perfect. My room faces the mountain and the view was beautiful. We were visited by the elk nightly which my dog loved. And there were great options for walking the dog, down to the lake or a paved path along the main road. I would happily stay here again.

Very clean rooms. Great people very helpful I wish we knew ahead of time the pool was out of service. Pictures are deceiving of room.breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.

We enjoyed the double queen suite room with the balcony. The view was very nice. The bathroom looked really nice, but the shower head is pointed at the shower door, so you have to get in the shower to warm the water up or you'll get soaked turning it on from the outside. We were upset that the pool is closed for the whole season, because it was advertised as the pool being open. Breakfast was not great with only toast, muffins, or cereal as options.

Very good simple clean

The room was clean. Since breakfast wasn’t available before 7, we had to get coffee and food in town as we had a timed entry for 7 am at Rocky Mountain National Park.

This property had large quantities of bed and other bugs. Ive documented. Found ourselves in them in the morning across 2 Queen beds. Front desk indicated they would refund our one night. Pending refund.

Strong air conditioning. Clean room. Renovated room and bathroom. 2 big windows. One looks out mountain view. The other side looks out grassland. Very close to Lake Estes. Restaurants and Safeway nearby. Easy drive to Rocky Mountain NP.

The staff was very accommodating and told us that if we needed anything at all to please let them know! They were very friendly and kind!!

Location was good, breakfast was minimal.
