Comfortable and convenient

The staff was great. There were some choices for breakfast. The room was clean.

AIR CINDITIONER DID NIT WORK. LITERALLY SLMOST FELL OFF WALL UNDER WINDOW. HOTEL SMELLED HORRIBLY MUSTY. POOL CLOSED ENTIRE STAY.

Issue with insects

If i could give 0 stars I would, TV never worked, toilet never flushed had to continuously have someone come and fix it. Never offered a different room and the last day there they charged me 150 saying I smoked in the room with my 3 children, I don’t even smoke and the room they accused me of smoking in wasn’t even my room!

Michelle was a 1st class hotel cookie cooking Queen she is super sweet, and those wark cookies were solid !! ❤️

Very nice and great staff but the pool and spa was horrible. I chose this because of pool for my grand baby and spa because it helps me. And it was out of order. The website says different

It was ok our room had a big stain on the carpet but alright for over night.

Smelly (reeked of lysol / disinfectant-type odor). Damp and dingy. Like trying to get comfortable and sleep in a weird, clammy basement. Very disappointed. Microtel used to be reliably clean and comfortable. No more.
