Very clean, staff friendly

The whole hotel had an unclean smell. The elevator made a horrible noise each time it reached the ground floor. The pillows smelled like bleach and mold. Not a good experience.

Very terribly kept hotel

They need to close the hotel, gut it and remodel. Oh yea, spray for bugs. I roomed with two roaches last night. I also wish I brought my flip flops. Not a happy guy, me! The nicest thing there were the towels. I won’t be back!

Bad stay there it smell like the dog the whole building

Property is undergoing a renovation. The down side is the breakfast and old coffee i the lobby.

Cockroach’s everywhere when we turned the lights on … I know it’s a weird season for them but yuck …. They did agree to give us a discount but my bad I booked through Expedia so they could not.

Very friendly staff

We stayed four nights in January in two rooms, one was a suite. The bedding was comfortable, the heat worked perfectly, the shower was a bit low pressure for people with thick hair, and the breakfast was great except for the Saturday morning biscuits instead of eggs, but waffles were still available. Bacon was better than sausage, but both great. The staff kept it stocked. The cookies at the check in desk were a nice touch. We used the indoor pool once, it was heated nicely. Housekeeping came on two occasions and left new towels. Maintenance replaced both tvs with larger models. Parking was convenient, and we walked to two restaurants. The airport is close. Would stay again, and we come in January for a baseball tournament annually. Drury Suites has been where we’ve stayed, but prices have risen.

The staff was amazing at the front desk, very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.

It was good area but the hot tub is know longer there.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious. Staff was pleasant and bteakfast was wonderful! Will definitely go back again!

Stay was good, the elevator needs serviced, and the guest laundry needs the dryer fixed, had to pay to run the cycle twice to get my load dry… did total of 4 loads over the week we stayed.. probably should have went to a laundry mat for instead. Saw a couple small cockroaches also, please call an exterminator.

No pool, out of service ☹️ …. No where did it say that making reservation so disappointed. Ceiling fan about to fall and no exhaust fan in bathroom, which is run down. A lot of people smoking at front door. Beware of the elevator!!!! It’s a ruff ride….Oh breakfast was good 👍

This was horrible, when you get in the room you can smell someone recently sprayed for bugs. We did not see any our first night be we were planning on like a week of stay almost wanting to extend. So many roaches, came home late night 2 and there was almost ten when we flicked on the bathroom lights they were around the tub toilet and climbing the doors. We reported this but they could not move us. In the morning we were given no compensation even our second part of the booking had been sold out. My fiance was sick from the fumes. I went some where else for the rest of my stay this was horrible.
