OVERALL, THE LOCATION PROVED MOST CONVENIENT- CHARMINGLY CLOSE TO THE MOTORWAY AND ATTENDED BY COURTEOUS STAFF. THE DECOR I MUST SAY, WAS QUITE LOVELY, WITH THOUGHTFUL TOUCHES THROUGHOUT. HOWEVER, IT IS SOME REGRET THE JACUZZI WAS NOT IN PROPER WORKING ORDER, DEPRIVING US OF THE SOOTHING RELAXATION EXPERIENCE ONE SO ANTICIPATES IN SUCH AN AMENITY. THOUGH WE DID OUR BEST TO ENJOY THE STAY, I FEAR IT FELL SHORT OF TRUE EQUANIMITY. A PITY, REALLY- BUT NOT WITHOUT ITS CHARMS.

Quiet and clean, no problems at all. The surrounding buildings were either under construction or re-model, and the inn was very close to a busy intersection, so traffic was hectic at times.

room was okay, clean. AC unit wasn’t blowing cold and the guy at front desk told us it was working just fine. It was hot in the room. Mini fridge didn’t get cold either.

Hotel was great! Unfortunately a lot construction going on around it! Few restaurants close by and outlet mall is close!

At the time we were there…there was road construction, and parking lot construction. All will be good when completed.

The service was great, and the hotel was very clean. Rooms are a nice size, and well maintained. My only 2 drawbacks were: very low water pressure in the shower and very slow drainage. Aside from that, it was a very nice place for an overnight stay.

The paving around the parking lot was extremely inconvenient and unfortunately a $30 credit back was all I was offered, I was told “we didn’t know either.” I wish they had sent a message via text (like they did before checkin) to warn me, this would have been easier. The facility itself was unfortunately quite run down. My room was clean. I will not book here again, the only entrance and exit was blocked twice during my stay. They are opening another hotel beside BW and there is not enough parking.

Check in was awful -not friendly and issue with charges. Room was not clean and smelled musty. Beds were not comfortable at all. Carpets in hallways were FILTHY and sticky. Hot tub was freezing cold but pool was slighly warm. Breakfast sucked! Not a good stay and the reviews I read b4 booking must have been made up by bots or staff. VERY DISAPPOINTING

Average place and price. Nothing special. Next time I’ll look for something else

Everything went well. The staff was MOST helpful when we had a question. We were allowed to play cards into the night in the breakfast area and met very nice fellow "hotellers". It was quiet and we could be unobtrusive way in back of the breakfast area.

The location is convenient being right off of the highway, but just be aware there’s lots of construction going on around the property on the roads and what not. Can be a little tricky to get to because of the construction detours. I only stayed for 1 night, but service was very good and accommodating to any issues. When I arrived my room key would not open the room. They changed out the key card and I still couldn’t get into the room. They ended up changing my room to a different one down the hallway. I thought that the room was a good size and the bed was comfortable, room was also clean and stocked. The only issue was the broken ice machine kept making noise all night and the door to the stairwell was slamming which would startle me awake it was so loud. Breakfast was nicely stocked and ready on time. Checkout was a breeze. Was decent enough for a night.

Well maintaned hotel, breakfast was great... plenty of options and ne er empty trays.

New building, but seems like they took items from an old building and used them in this building.
