All around very functional, easy access from motorway, warm welcome. Furniture average although comfortable beds.

Spacious accommodation, clean, could do with a bit of tlc , but for 2 night stay in way to Spain ideal. Location was excellent 2 minutes from peage station 15 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand city ; Aldi and Lidl 5 minutes

It is a clean basic stopover with a good amount of space and good cooking facilities. Only downside was murky pool.

They need to make sure they either send of it the text message or alert they don’t have a mobile number - we got to the gate after reception closed and there is no way of contacting anyone - we had to find alternate accommodation late at night as there was no way to gain access. This needs to be highlighted or in bold or something that stands out

No hot water for bathing and no hot water kettle. There is a simple coffee maker so remember to bring your coffee powder and paper filters. Otherwise appartement is completely furnished. Attention, we didn’t have hot water to bath in the evening so remember to verify with the reception before you enter appartement. Our gate code didn’t work so it was abit complicated to re-enter in the evenings. Otherwise a lovely place for big families and easily accessible on the autoroute. It was clean and friendly staff. Quality of some furnitures needs replenishing.

This was far better than I had expected. We had a two bedroom apartment that we could have lived in for a month easily. We were only needing it for two nights though. Just what we needed.

The place felt like never got used in long time, bed and sofa bed had hairs everywhere, you shower in bath with old stained curtains no ac so hot weather is bad Idea, wife rather sleep in car

Easy to find, apartment was very spacious and clean. This was our second stay at the property.

Handy for an overnight stay for a family as these are small houses with 2 bedrooms and all kitchen facilities. However the accommodation is now really in need of an upgrade and deep clean.

We’ve stayed here for many journeys to and from Spain . The property suits are family requirements . Spacious accommodation for 5 , cooking facilities, close petrol and supermarket and just off main motorway. The property is clean and comfortable but could now do with slight refurbishment. Recommended

Property was what we expected although could have done with some air conditioning as the temperature outside was 34 degrees!

Quick stop over on way to south of France. Wasnt expecting much but we had our 2 children with us and second bed not made up. No linen available and sofa bed was stained. No air conditioning either. Breakfast was sparse, not enough bowls/plates for people, tables not clean. Pool was so small we didn't bother having a dip.

Hotel is good for an overnight stay while in a road trip. Has many small apartment houses. We stayed in a room for 4 which has 2 floors and 2 separate bedrooms.

Great place to stay. Could do with a little TLC - we found a creaked basin and the oven knob wasn’t working. Still great value and ideal for families for an overnight stop.

Very convenient spot to stay. Plenty of eating areas around and helpful staff.

Convenient and accommodate 5 and hot water. The property needs updating and the furnishings need updating - shabby and walls need cleaning

Brilliant overnight stop on the way to Spain from Calais.

Ideal stop over in way to the south or France/ Spain. Has a pool.

The overall experience was very good and the receptionist was charming, The accommodations was excellent, apart from the bathroom, and in particular, the shower. It was impossible to maintain an even temperature. It was either hot or cold. The shower head would not stay on its hook. However, we would stay again and hope that this was an unfortunate oversight. Facilities were excellent and the pool very welcome after the journey.
