I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was excellent—very convenient and close to everything I needed. The room, bathroom, and entire building were clean and well-maintained. I was especially impressed by the housekeeping. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I would recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to stay here again.

The property and staff were wonderful , as per the cleaning team they seemed to not clean so well in the rooms

Nos cobraron el precio de un cuarto porque nuestras visitas se quedaron 45 minutos después de 10 pm . Los recepcionistas son muy jóvenes , inexpertos y con mala actitud. Seguridad , iperreactivos y groseros . Terrible experiencia.

El hotel estuvo bien, muy buena atención, buenos servicios de restaurante y bar. Sin embargo, hubo un par de cosas que no fueron de nuestro completo agrado, como que el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionara y que justo en los alrededores del hotel estuviera sumamente sucio y pestilente.

We stayed over the weekend and unfortunately that meant we heard very loud music coming from a bar or club until 6am on Friday and Saturday night. The hotel itself is really nice, the lobby is cool and the terrace a nice place to relax. They have water coolers on every floor to refill your bottle, and the staff were always friendly. The breakfast is on the 10th floor and has an amazing view! It was a bit more expensive than I expected, but still reasonable. The coffee and tea isn’t self service so you have to wait for an available staff member to refill which can sometimes feel like you’re being inconvenient for them, but it’s not the end of the world. The hotel was located perfectly for access to tour pickup spots and also just generally wandering around the area. There’s a park nearby and a big flea market about 20 minutes walk as well as the wrestling arena.

Great location in Reforma. The plaza behind the hotel was great for walking, shopping, eating, etc. the hotel is beautiful. It’s very convenient to have the cafe in the lobby the rooftop bar and the restaurant with amazing views of the city. The staff is welcoming and helpful. It’s also an easy location for pick up and drop offs with Uber/Taxi. One minus: (I called for an iron and they were so friendly BUT the iron never came lol)

Great experience, very central located and affordable price

Relaxing and mindful concept that makes you feel in a safe and creative environment. Excellent breakfast buffet (although on the pricier side for CDMX) Very comfortable accomodations, although the beds were a little too firm for my liking. No complaints other than that. Staff was very accomodating and I will be returning to this hotel soon.

Everything was ok besides that they don’t take complains seriously about people disturbing at night. Was there for 4 nights and the last one was terrible, there were few rooms occupied by people doing a lot of noise almost all night and even though we call a couple of times to reception to make a complaint they didn’t got the situation under control and the next day I went to the front desk to let them know about the situation again they just told me that they going to check.

From the beginning of my stay to till the very end of my stay all the staff there was really friendly knowledgeable and most off all made me, my fiance and friends feel safe. The hotel is very clean and offer cleaning service every morning. Every time I needed something they were so attentive to satisfying my needs. The rooftop bar staff always greeted us and made sure we were taken care of and made amazing drinks. The security and taxi service was also great and trust worthy always giving us a lot of information and history on the city. I would definitely stay here again. Also food from the restaurant was really good as well.

The location is great only 10-15 min walk to the historic center. The hotel it self is ok. The rooms are outdated and the bathrooms might need some deep cleaning/regrouting but the price is pretty good and the staff was helpful.

Everyone was so kind and helpful, and the hotel was in a wonderful area. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had.
