Great stay amazing room will definitely stay again

Not what the pictures showed. Stained furniture pool fits maybe 5 people who actually swim. Never again.

Staff were very welcoming & friendly!!!

The mattress was worn out on one end. You would fall into the dip. Needs new mattress

Rooms were very clean and so comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly.

No hot water and no one cared. Loud beeping sound all day/night.

Upon arrival, our room was not ready. After ee had to leave for 2 and a half hours, we were not notified our room was ready. We had no bath towels for our entire stay. Had a pull out couch as a bed. There were no blankets or sheets. The service staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Just an over bad place to spend our night. Would have rather slept in the car.

Stafff was friendly but Tv didn’t work, remote was missing, coffee maker didn’t work in room. Outdated, older property. Booked through Expedia.

I can't say enough good about the staff. Eveyone was wonderful.

We were e pecting to attain dinner and breakfast, but they closed the kitchen bsgore 9pm when it was advertised 5-,10 pm. The breakfast folks didnt show at all, they could have notified us the closure. We wont be using this hotel again.

Everything was excellent

Bed was comfortable and clean, no extra thinner blanket, floors and sofa were terribly dirty, curtains hung weird. This was on the first floor.
