Room 206 was quite noisy through the night and found I had no hot water in the morning. Offered to shower in another room. Not impressed with matter of factish check out. We're sorry. No proposal for free breakfast or any other forthcoming gesture.

The room was okay, it would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The spa area was also closed when I was there, even though I tried to visit during the opening times. In a bit of an out of the way location

Very nice stay

I was very impressed about how luck I was to end up here. I was worried whether I could find a place where I would be able to check in so late (Sunday 10pm) and if the staff would be able to speak any other language than German. Very comfortable stay in a lovey area of NRW. Unfortunately I could not appreciate all the facilities, which are welcoming with their hours of availability. Now I know where to stay the next time I come to the region.

A very good hotel. Especially after you travel several hundred km. I will return here for sure.

Hotel staff were very accommodating, especially since we arrived very late coming from a wedding. The breakfast was nice, if a little underwhelming considering the size of the hotel. The cost of the internal parking spaces was 6 euros for 24 hours and there was very little outside spaces so either get there early or be prepared to pay.

We liked it very much. The Buffet Breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Food was not too good

It was a great stay, but the Lift was under repair and no alternative. It was the only negative, but other than that it was a great stay and lovely hotel.

Room was clean and pleasant. Spa area was exceptional. Restaurant food was good.

From cologne airport it is a nightmare to get to - when there - the facilities are ok but basic. Wouldnt stay again

The hotel is just in a lovely Overath village the surprising are is so beautiful I would love to recommend this hotel to all of you, All staff were very helpful ,smily faces,the Barman was very helpful and made lovely drinks, lovely place worth every penny.

Ich bin schon sehr häufig in diesem Hotel gewesen. Es gefällt mir wirklich sehr sehr gut.

Ich habe einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel erlebt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit – sowohl die Zimmer als auch die öffentlichen Bereiche waren makellos gepflegt. Das Essen war ein absolutes Highlight. Die Auswahl war groß, die Zutaten von hervorragender Qualität und jedes Gericht mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Leider wirkte der Poolbereich etwas vernachlässigt. Hier hätte ich mir mehr Aufmerksamkeit gewünscht, insbesondere bei den Liegen und dem Ambiente. Insgesamt aber ein erstklassiges Hotel mit exzellentem Essen und einem hohen Sauberkeitsstandard – mit kleinen Verbesserungen im Poolbereich wäre es perfekt!

Mühsames Anmeldeverfahren per Selbsteingabe macht das Einchecken relativ nervig.

Alles prima, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
