Sharon on reception was AMAZING. Really great stay and a vast contrast to the previous evening at another Days in near Bristol. Great team, well done.

We like the staff who are polite, helpful even kind. The rooms are clean with complimentary tea coffee and kettle. Even shower gel and liquid soap by the sink. We liked being able to park adjacent to the property which was complimentary to guests. Its now changed, its only complimentary if you book via Days inn so we had to pay £5 overnight parking because we booked via Expedia. This is a recent change and we have to factor it into the actual stay cost. NB This hotel is off the motorway services, effectively in the middle of nowhere without a car.

Room was a little on the cold side for my taste but otherwise the hotel was what I expected. A practical, clean and safe room in a service station by the motorway. Easy parking and very kind staff.

It was convenient

The service was excellent. Pricing more than fair! Booked a last minute night away for my daughter and I for NYE as thought it might be nice just to be out of the house. So glad we did and the hotel was ideal for this.

Christmas day so we were travelling from the North and checked in on the way. Check in was fine. We were given a key card so we could access the room when we came back in the evening. When we came back the room was not habitable as the mattress had been raised onto it's end and the heating was on full blast. I can only assume the matress was wet and housekeepinf was trying to dry it.

Amazing & Friendly hotel

Basic services hotel near Bridgend town centre. Basic room but clean, plenty of tea and coffee. Plenty of towels and extra pillows Good for a stay over after a day out im Bridgend. Staff were nice, and helpful with a taxi number.

Friendly staff. However hotel services were poor- room not made up or cleaned after first nights stay.hairdryer broken, issue with to on 2nd night, insufficient towels & mugs, etc for number of guests booked in. Staff sorted once asked for but they should have been there in the first instance

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Gave us a place to store frozen breast milk for my little one. Gave us extra pillows as needed and extra towels, and reassured us that the desk is manned 24/7 if we needed anything else. The blonde lady we saw originally made sure that she handed over all the info regarding the milk storage to the next staff member so we didn't have to keep reiterating it, would definitely recommend!

Booked a family room in last minutes. Was bit skeptical reading some review but to our surprise it was quite a good deal we would say honestly. Room was clean. Bathroom was decent. Receptionist was helpful and friendly. They don't have hot food but you can get burger king, subway, starbuck and WHSmith literally 2 min walk from the hotel. Petrol station is also literally next to the hotel. Also if you like shopping, designer outlet with restaurants are also 2min drive from the hotel. We found this stay very convient and good value for money. We won't mind staying for stop over again.

Friendly check in. Good location, really good size room, crisp clean bedding and a comfortable bed. Room facilities good. I would return.

Can’t grumble for the price, though bulbs missing from bedside lights and quite a few rogue hairs in bathroom and in sheets. Otherwise a pleasant enough stay.

firstly the location of the hotel is brilliant. and located a one minute walk from a fantastic services with a selection of food and drink. plus a large bay of fast electric car chargers. the hotel itself is basic and functional. nothing flashy but it has all you need. good beds, decent shower, large clean rooms and friendly staff. nothing really to dislike. you can park right near the front door and it’s very reasonably priced.

The room is clean and tidy and the staff are friendly and helpful. That would be great if there are a fridge in the room and the Shower is moveable.
