We only stayed for one night but the location was great and the room was wonderful!

OK property, limited amenities, noisy at times. Restaurant was good.

Property was very well maintained and clean. People were vert friendly. Food was excellent.

Getting in and out of the shower was dangerous slippery and no hand rail to grab. No hooks for towels either

Very good stay, good restaurant and bar

The rooms, seemingly about 40 years old, have been nicely renovated. The bedrooms are large, the bathroom has new fixtures, and the beds are comfortable. Easy parking. A carriageway interchange and the university are nearby. And the breakfast is marvelous! However, the heating system is archaic. The radiator runs full bore. There is no thermostat or water valve to control it. Accordingly, I did not get a restful sleep. .

Some traffic noise from a busy road did not spoil our stay here. Clean, comfortable and great breakfast. Thank you!

The stay was wonderful. Lovely home, congenial hosts, excellent beds. A truly excellent breakfast. A very positive experience.

The rooms were not to the same specification as those shown on Hotels.com. And when questioned they just told me that there’s nothing that they can do.

Excellent place to stay, clean Ann spacious rooms, great staff, friendly and polite, fantastic menu and food, would highly recommend for business or pleasure.

Property was ideally situated for access to Limerick University. Staff very friendly and helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was great. Definitely recommend.

Breakfast was good apart from tea which looked and tasted like it had been made the previous night. I didn't mention it to anybody as I was in a hurry and had apple juice instead.
