I didn’t know that we had to declare the number of kids. I booked a room fit for 4. I was traveling with my kids 4 & 6 yrs old. I wasn’t aware that kids are counted as adults and they made me book another room. My problem was with the attitude of the staff. I arrived late at night after a long trip. The sraff has no empathy and they were trying to sell me an extra room for highest price possible. I have travelled many countries but the arrogance of the front desk in this hotel is just in another level. The rooms were good and the location is ok but will not recommend the property to anyone because of the staff.

Très bien , j’étais déjà venu il y a 4 ans, seul bémol les importants travaux en cours pas très agréables pour le client. Peut être aurait il fallu le mentionner sur le net ou bien fermer carrément l’hôtel, car ça fait un peu baisser la note. C’est dommage.

Mauvaise insonorisation et porte entrée mal isolé de la lumière. Le lit était confortable

It’s a bit out of Paris but was just the location I needed the rooms are all new with a new reception being built now. The staff are very friendly and helpful I messaged them asking how to get the the train station to the hotel and got a very helpful step by step guide. Fantastic would stay again

La chambre était très confortable et bien équipée. Tout était rénové. Le personnel était très accueillant. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour

Complètement rénové, la chambre était excellente. La literie est vraiment de qualité.

Nice staff. AC wasn’t working in the room - was told the room wasn’t equipped with AC - sleepless night. Commented on check out “every room has AC you were given the wrong information” - won’t use it again

Nanterre park next to it - lovely

Staff very friendly and helpful - encouraged to use the restaurant and 'service compris' meant there was no hassle. Location is good, a walk across the park to the RER Nanterre Préfecture which is 4 stops from Les Halles - Chatelet - perfect for sightseeing

Reception was so helpful. Always tried their best to help me. They also helped me to keep my babies food in the fridge

The AC system not working however I informed them twice but they don't care. and a lot of mosquitoes come inside when we oppened the window to get some air

The bed was not comfortable. There should have handle bar in bathroom for better safety. Complimentary drinking water on first day

Medium standard as expeced from Campanile, very good breakfast, well located opposite a pleasant park, easy walk to La Defense Arena and very good public transport links.
