Great besides room was missing bag for ice bucket and bucket was a little dirty, and there was no tissue box in the tissue box holder.

Love the special touch of a fresh baked cookie at check in.

Pricey for the type of room and location. Ton of children in the pool area.

I was disappointed that there was only one small heating vent in my room.

what I like is that it's clean and that the front desk is super kind I think the gal is named heather? She is the best. But the room was cold and loud last time and I complianed and there was no response. I don't think that is cool I know i'm not a big spender but I spent at least 4000 this year and I think that a response would have been in order when someone sstayed there so many times and specifically complained about the noise and cold and no response seems really slacking and lousy to me.

Perfect location for what I needed

Excellent except there was no hot water to use for showing!! Plenty of hot water at the sink!! I was very disappointed that I was unable to end my day with a hot relaxing shower!!!

This property was amazing the staff was very welcoming and polite the room was one of the biggest I’ve seen for a standard room it had a jet tub shower combo it was super clean and comfortable we will definitely be staying here more often when in Plymouth there was review about the tv but honestly it had all the important channels on top of showtime and you can connect to Netflix Pluto tubi peloton and YouTube they have breakfast in the morning it is $14 dollars but worth it also I don’t get to use the pool but it looked nice I look forward to our next stay

I expect more from a Hilton. The customer service is exceptional, but the rooms are less than desirable. Missing shade, poor quality bedding, improper working door keypad and blind controls as well as limited tv service. There was no bar to use and food was only available 1 morning. The worst was the pool. They have the dirtiest and worst pool I’ve seen in many years of traveling. The lounge is nice as are many features, but I wouldn’t recommend this location and I’ll be unlikely to use a Hilton again for business or personal use again. This was the least desirable stay I’ve had in many years. The staff were fantastic, but that only goes so far and I wish them well.

Convent location and clean. The lobby area was great for gathering with extended family.

Awesome staff members who were very helpful

Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Bacon, sausages, home fries, scrambled eggs. Yogurt with fresh fruit and toppings. Bagels and muffins. Well worth the extra $10 per person and didn't have to leave the hotel on a cold morning.
