Séjour dans l’ensemble satisfaisant. La plage est au pied de l’hôtel et les transports en commun sont très accessibles avec des arrêts à 2 min de l’hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. Le ménage était fait tous les jours ainsi que le changement de serviettes de toilettes. Les piscines étaient froides que ce soit la piscine intérieure ou la piscine extérieure (ce qui est normal pour la piscine extérieure). Le carrelage de la piscine intérieure était très sale puisque certains rentraient avec leurs chaussures de ville, des chewing gum crachés par terre etc…. Le gros point positif est le buffet du petit déjeuner qui était très complet et très bon. Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour mais les équipements pourraient être améliorés (chauffer la piscine intérieure, nettoyer…). Le personnel était aussi très accueillant et a l’écoute.

Staff great. Room passable. Dining not so good. All inclusive snacks finish at 6pm way too early.

This property has no life at all. Rooms are old,staff rude,no entertainment at all. The hotel doesn't have a license for the music so the are not allowed even to put some music by the pool area. The only good thing is the food. The drinks are again very bad and if you are asking for a alcohol shot they won't give you even if you booked an all inclusive. Very disappointed Worst hotel in Palma de Mallorca so far.

All inclusive food was surprisingly good. It was very early in the season so not many facilities open. Resort is beautiful and hotel situated in a brilliant position.

Not enough staff in the meal area -the first week we all had to search for cutlery both breakfast/dinner Tables were backed up with used plates-got better the second week. i had booked a Superior room with sea view-as we were on the second floor -we could see bits of the sea through trees.we had no kettle nor mini fridge-did asked to be moved but they declined--i asked a cleaner if this was a Superior she said NO?? on booking in they asked who i booked through and there was raised eyebrows when i told them EXPEDIA-they asked to see our bookig form then took a photo copy-this has never happened before-i go on holidays 3 times a year

We asked for a room near the lift as my mum can’t walk far and this was ignored 🙄 not enough staff and room keys often didn’t work so had to wait 20/30 mins at reception many times

Wonderfully clean and fresh hotel with a few elements of disorganisation that were frustrating at time. E.g. our hotel was cleaned but towels not replaced. We also missed our flight out there and were not immediately checked in despite it not being peak season. Staff on front desk seemed flustered. For the price though, a wonderful stay and were always able to get a sun lounger. All inclusive drinks on tap!

The hotel is clean, staff are friendly and helpful. The area is prefect. Great place to bring small kids.

It’s not a bad hotel, but it could use some remodeling. There were next to no amenities, and those that were there either were really old or did not work. On the other hand, it has a nice view, it’s in a good area, and the outside property is pretty nice.

Phenomenal location. Nice seaview room (very small for a triple). Food was decent. Great pools. Nice & friendly staff. Varied entertainment. Only faults were slow lifts, very inefficient aircon in room and floppy flat 1 pillow per bed.

This hotel is lovely, clean and bright. I came as a solo traveller and wasn't disappointed. The location is perfect, right by the beach and by plenty of shops and restaurants. The area seems to be very popular with Germans. I had read other reviews before saying this but I didn't realise that it's literally a German hotspot so as a Brit I was slightly out of place lol. I only had breakfast at the hotel. The food was good, plenty options to choose from. My room was cleaned daily. My only "negative" is that there seemed to be some issue at check in, I think they had overbooked or something so instead of getting the seaview single room I had booked, I got a twin room with pool view but I really only was in my room to sleep so it was okay.

Pro: Location of hotel, breakfast option, 900+ rooms available, parking available, mini golf, disc, 3 pools, pool side bar, very nice staff etc. Cons: hotel is very old hence structure inside room is not very modern i.e. bathroom, carpet, furniture everything is very old though everything is working. High number of rooms make it over crowded place during seasons, you have to stand in line for table during breakfast.

I liked the location. I did not like the fact that I booked an extra night at the property through Ebookers, and although my reservation was confirmed and the money was taken from my account, the hotel could not find the reservation! It was a very stressful experience as the hotel was busy. I ended up having an economy room without balcony, although the room I booked was a double room with balcony! I was not happy about it.

Perfect location, excellent staff (particularly the entertainment team) very clean. Hotel needs a refresh, food not so good and restaurant needs air con. Very good value for money.

Excellent location. First beach line, promenad walk, many restaurants around. Sadly, but hotel not provide FREE parking as promised. Also hotel's restaurant cusine a bit dull.

WS the 5 th time to be in Beverly playa but this time was bad the rooms (625&626) were very bad thiese rooms were not worthy
