Room was fine, and the underground parking was nice. The fact that they had no hot water was a major issue for me and there was no on site restaurant despite it being advertised as having one.

I liked the reception, was treated well and the lady was efficient and nice. So far there is nothing i do not like. Bathroom and Room very clean. Even a separate mirror an wash table in the room. Very handy. Coffee in the room, and an extra voucher. For the lobby shop. I do not know why, but said thank you and accepted. 👌

Staff is mediocre and will argue you for your license plate. Your key car may randomly get deactivated (probably due to a magnet) and you’ll have to go to the desk numerous times for them to reactivate. Surrounding area is a bit rough and hotel room cleanliness is below average.

Room was clean, staff was amazing, people in other rooms seemed to be partying and careless and neighbour hood was sketchy
