The property is pretty old and it needs some maintenance overall; the pictures do not represent the reality of the hotel. Pictures are talking in the way that looks pretty but reality rooms are pretty old and smell bad

Good hotel in the center of the town.

Very convenient. I would stay there again when visiting Kalmar.

The staff assisted us with our rental car, helping us pick up and drop off the rental over the weekend. Staff was great, let us enjoy our visit without worrying about the rental. Great customer service.

No real issues other than being a bit worn and few tv channels. Had usb plugs. Good buffet. Quiet. I do think that you dont have to stay right in the old town. Some of the cheaper options were in fine if not better neighborhoods. Not much to Kalmar.

This is a lovely property centrally located and an easy walking distance to the castle and shopping. The DR had delicious food just very slow kitchen and food not very hot. Lovely serving staff at both breakfast and dinner. Sauna in our room but it took a long time to heat up

Nice hotel in the centre of Kalmar. You can walk around and find many places to eat and several places to go shopping. It is quiet and has very helpful staff.

Great location. Close to domkyrka and läns museum. Bars. Restaurants and shops at walking distance. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great breakfast buffet. Only reason why it’s not excellent is because there was no spare toilet paper in the bathroom. I had to use the toilet downstairs at the checkout. Quite disappointing for the quality of the hotel.

wonderful staff. They were friendly and handled our requests very promptly and professionally. Also the catering staff were very friendly and prompt The breakfast is great with plenty of options. - The only thing on the rather negative side is the condition of the property and cleanliness. First we got a very small room on the corner, and the lady in the reception kindly changed us to a newer and a much bigger room. We expected the condition of the room and the furniture to be new. However, there was an old fun that produces so much noise. Also there was a stool with a big stain on it.

A unique historical property. Our bathroom even had a sauna. It’s in a great location.

The hotel is nicely located, and breakfast was nice. The shower unfortunately is very bad - there isn't any separation between shower and toilet seat & other areas. So after a shower, the whole toilet was wet - very unpleasant experience. Very badly designed.

Vi hade det jättebra hos er, frukosten kunde haft ett större utbud. Era bäddsoffor behöver ni verkligen se över. Jag sov jättedåligt hela natten. bäddmadrassen var helt vågig och super hård. Annars var rummet väldigt fräscht och atmosfären var bra.

Absolut ett Go To hotel m fantastisk personal, superbra service, rent hotell, god stor frukost med många valmöjligheter och de har egen bakade bröd som är jättegoda. Deras erbjudande med toast+ bubbel är must have. Supergod toast och gott bubbel. Deras spa avdelning är amazing, stor fräsch och mycket olika bastus och bubbelpooler. Definitivt boka din hotellnatt här!

Fortfarande varken espresso eller varm mjölk till det blaskiga kaffe som serveras till frukost.

Ett av de bästa hotellen jag bodde på förra året, från Turkiet till Marocko, genom Portugal, Spanien, Storbritannien, Frankrike, Bosnien, Albanien, etc. etc. Jag rekommenderar det verkligen till dig.. och jag råder er att spendera några timmar på ( Spa ) .. Toppen av storslagenhet (service, renlighet och verklig avkoppling)

Andra gången jag bor på hotellet. Trevlig personal! Rummet denna gång, var en vindsvåning så lite mörkare vilket iofs bidrog till att jag sov ännu bättre. Hotellfrukosten god med många alternativ. Det enda negativa med den är att frukost"sakerna" är spridda på olika ställen vilket är lite konfunderande men inget större problem.

Trevligt hotell centralt. Skulle behöva lite uppfräschning på rummen och frukost matsal framför allt mattan
