Breakfast is excellent

The hotel staff were very friendly - among the most helpful I've ever experienced. The room was clean and well maintained. No air-conditioning but heating. The windows of our room opened to the sound of rushing water in the river near by, but the rooms were relatively quiet when the window was shut. We enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel was very close to the main shopping area and buses went nearby.

It is a great place to stay, the bartender was amazing , great food and great price.

My stay at Comtes d'Urgell was an absolute highlight of my trip to Andorra la Vella. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was impressed by the warm, professional welcome from the front desk team. The hospitality here is truly exceptional; every staff member I interacted with was genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.The hotel itself is impeccably maintained. My room was remarkably clean, spacious, and provided a peaceful sanctuary after a day of sightseeing. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail—the linens were crisp, the bathroom was spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt fresh and inviting. It is clear that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work.The location is also unbeatable. Being right in the heart of Andorra la Vella allowed me to easily explore the vibrant local shops, cafes, and stunning architecture of the city. There is something so magical about being surrounded by the Pyrenees, and having such a reliable and comfortable home base made the experience even better.I cannot recommend Comtes d'Urgell enough to anyone visiting the area. Between the top-tier service, the pristine rooms, and the perfect location, it exceeded all my expectations. I am already looking forward to my next visit and will definitely be taking advantage of the Nexta guest benefits. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable and high-quality stay!

Modern hotel at an excellent price. Very good water pressure. Only quibble is WiFi didn't reach all parts of my room (515).

Nice but the wifi barely reached my room. This is a problem as Andorra is not included in EU roaming so i couldn't use my own data

Clean and bright rooms with a lodge-type feel. Definitely comfortable. However, rates were largely inconsistent with wide variations - some days were 50 Euros, some days were 100 Euros. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Annoying 1.57 EUR city tax is collected on arrival - for goodness sake just include this in your rates! Staff are generally kind, but service is a bit rushed (felt more like a French hotel than a Spanish hotel). Generally good value for money, especially if you can book ahead for a decent rate. It's a bit far from the action in Andorra la Vella, so you'll need to be prepared for a 2 km walk, or bring your own car. But, it's one of the most reasonably priced hotels in town, so I would recommend it.

Room was very spacious - did they upgrade me ? Lovely beds/bedding, the shower was in the bath - so movement was compromised. Very quiet. No fridge in the room - but they did put some of my provisions in the Bar fridge. I was very pleased with my 4 nights here - and the price was accommodating - pardon the pun.

It will be interesting as the world warms up if the places around Andorra will be able to be comfortable without air conditioning. The overhead fan helped but warmer days are coming

All excellent save that you can’t control the radiator in your room. If hot you need to open the window.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very nice. The rooms are small, which is not the end of the world. But it was the noisiest hotel we have ever had in Europe. You could hear the neighbors next to you, above you, doors slamming constantly. The hotel was full, with many families and kids. On our first night the noise went on till 2am. We stayed the second night because it was paid for and we couldn’t move on early in our itinerary. Had many good qualities, but quiet is not one of them.

Super Petit déjeuner très complet. La chambre est bien , la salle de bains est un peu vieillotte mais ça va. En général très bon rapport qualité prix. Le parking est payant

O pessoal da Recepção gentil e educada. Cafe da manhã do 1o dia muito bom, mas no 2o dia tinha um grupo de adolecentes em um grupo e Acho q por isso fizeram mais simples !

La habitación estaba impecable y era muy acogedora

Chambre propre, localisation géographique génial MAIS parking complet alors que c'était mentionné inclus et j'ai du garer ma voiture à 200 mètres à l'extérieur dans un endroit non sécurisée et j'ai payé 18 euro ! Et j'ajoute aussi un point négatif concernant la "baignoire" soi-disant relaxing bath mais c'était tout petit et étroit, une grosse déception car j'ai pris cette chambre plus chère juste pour la baignoire
