It was an amazing stay.. I’m definitely doing it again with my family.

never again ! twice now and I would stay in the bottom of my garden rather than go back , one of the most difficult and shambolic places there is on this earth.

I wanted a few days in the sun - and got exactly that. The hotel is in the Palmeraie (huge palm grove) outside Marrakech itself. A shuttle can be ordered easily from the hotel. The food in the hotel was very good and the breakfasts were excellent. I'm happy to recommend the Murano Resort.

Front of house staff are very pleasant and approachable. They spoke very good English. They recommended good but very pricey places to eat so it's best to do your own restaurant searching for the evenings. I found the breakfast a bit bit of a disappointment this was the hotels downfall.

The actual hotel is great - rooms are a good size, decor average, and gardens well kept. The service leaves a lot to be desired. Our transfer to the airport was not booked, so we waited at the airport after calling to say we had a arrived. The F&B was dreadful. Breakfast was awful, and every morning, they had less items on offer. the menu for the main restaurant had so many items missing - and for desert, the only thing they had was a macaroon which was frozen in the middle, so as a result we only had dinner on one occasion - and on another occasion thought we'd have a sweet after dinner, but again, only macaron was available. They had no ice-cream, and when you travel with kids, its not acceptable. The pool was good, and gardens well kept - so pleasant to stay around the pool - badly let down by the very slow service, and some attendants, super bad. on one occasion, we were in the pool, and 2 friends of an employee came to lie at the pool. they removed my daughters itms from the sun-bed, and when we told the staff that that sun-bed was occupied by my daughter, she responded and said another one will come available soon. her friends refused to move, and another guest spoke to them in French, and eventually they moved to another spot - shocking behavior, and really put a downer on the day. their service was redeemed by a new member of staff Hassan - he was attentative, remembered what we liked, and tried very hard to please - he made our stay.

Stayed at the Murano Marrakech last week, (April 2012) and cant speak highly enough of it, from the 4 swimming pools to the great food (the steak was superb). The junior suite we booked was huge, had a large dressing room, gigantic bed and really nice bathroom. The concierge, called Slim, made us feel at ease immediately even though we arrived a day earlier than planned. A real log fire was lit in an ultra modern lounge and tea brought immediately to us two weary travellers. The Operation Manager, Pierre, is always on hand to ensure the whole place runs like clockwork and that the staff always offer exceptional service.

I love this place. The staff are very friendly, the manager, Pierre-Yves greeted us everyday as we lay by the pool, or ate dinner. The grounds are well maintained and the breakfast is the perfect start to the day. The rooms are surprisingly large and well kept. The staff were lays helpful. The other manager Karim was always there to help and answer questions.

We recently stayed at the Murano Resort Marrakech.I booked it based on the website and photographs and was initially discouraged by the negative comments on Trip Advisor but decided to go with my instinct. This Hotel should carry a 5 star rating. We were upgraded to a larger suite upon arrival and were blown away by both the room, black bathrooms and the grounds. You effectively stay in your own villa. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. Yes drinks are expensive but only in line with what you would expect to pay for this level of Hotel. Some of the comments about bugs etc are absurd!! This is Africa!! The swimming pools are beautiful and the whole experience meant that we left in a very chilled state. I cannott recommend this hotel highly enough and will definately be going back.

Tres bon sejour a l'hotel Murano où le personnel etait à nos petits soins et la chambre etait tres propre. On entend un peu de bruit mais ce n'est pas genant. Les diverses piscines et le jardin rendent le cadre tres agreable. Je recommande

Il aurait était intéressant de mentionner que la piscine principale (celle qui nous avait décidé à réserver dans cet établissement plutôt qu’un autre) était en rénovation/nettoyage ! Nous aurions opté pour un autre hôtel. Le personnel charmant a cependant rattrapé cet inconvénient

Très belle hôtel chambre très propre personnel de très souriant et serviable cependant certains équipements comme la télévision ou encore le frigo ne fonctionne pas malgré notre relance auprès de la réception. Et enfin très déçu des taxes imaginaire de chambre de près de 90€ par nuit et un petit déjeuner à payer alors que l’on nous dit à l’arrive Que le petit déjeuner n’est pas accessible.

Un hôtel à fort potentiel qui malheureusement n’est pas à la hauteur des standards de service exigés. Une remise en état des lieux est plus que nécessaire ainsi qu’une formation du staff obligatoire. Chambre spacieuse mais deco vieillissante. Espace extérieur agréable. Point positif la faible fréquentation de l’hôtel qui permet de disposer des piscines seul. Directrice à l’écoute mais staff inexistant.

Hôtel agréable en couple ou en famille. Tranquillité absolue et personnel discret. Qualité du petit déjeuner à revoir.

Es war erholsam nach dem Trubel der Stadt im Murano Resort sich aufzuhalten. Das Team war zuvorkommend und freundlich mit einer Ausnahme.

Hotel vetuste, nous avons été logé en chambre 411 où des notre arrivée, les premiers problèmes ont commencé à surgir: - Chasse des toilettes ne marche pas, - Literie vieillisante et lit très petit, - Cables électriques apparants, - Serviettes de bain insuffisantes, Mais surtout nous avons du passer une nuit blanche a cause d’une clim centrale très bruyante et dont le ventilateur fonctionnait toute la nuit et générait le bruit d’un vrai hangar industriel, pourtant ni moi ni mon épouse n’avons le sommeil léger. Nous avons demandé à être relogé, ce qui a été refusé, demandé a parler a quelqu’un de la direction, qui n’a pas souhaité ns recevoir. On nous à meme dit que c’était un jour férié et que la direction n’était pas joignable. Au bout de la 2e nuit et sans résoudre le problème, la seule solution proposée à 20H par la réception était de quitter l’hotel et de faire une réclamation a Expedia. Quel dommage d’en venir a un niveau d’accueil aussi bat et surtout irresponsable de mettre en vente des chambres d’un equipment tellement vétuste. Je ne reviendrai jamais !!!

Il faut réagir très vite sinon la descente va être fatal
