I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The rooms are small but had exactly what we needed. They cleaned daily. Breakfast was just what we needed to start our day. And everyone was super helpful. I think we could have done more research about how close it is to things- it was a 20 min bus or taxi ride to most of the tourist spots but overall I was very happy with our stay

Only complaint was the room was very dark being on the reception ground floor level

Nice clean room

Just stayed with my family, partner and two daughters (3 and 8 months) It was a great location to get to everything we needed, a short walk to the metro and we could get anywhere in Barcelona. A brilliant space for us all to fit in, would recommend & would stay again.

Convenient to the city centre by public transport. Not very like a traditional hotel but the room is big enough. The pool is too small so forget about it.

Very pleased about the service received from start to finish. Approachable and very knowledgable staff especially Johanna at the reception.They accomodate every request even a toaster for our girls to have our gluten free toast at breakfast, many thanks to Ismail. The hotel location is also central and close to metro station of Espana L1 and they also clean our family room every day!!! We made a great choice for our holidays in Spain

Quiet room, not big but comfortable. Staff friendly and the pool on rooftop was okay for children. Would stay again.

Very neat with all the appliances you would need to cook a small meal or warm up food available. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was neat. The pool was lovely as well. All in all a lovely experience

Some clients were very loud on their balcony until 3:00 am. The Windows were not sapins proof enough

Very expensive for a basic apartment, but I guess it’s hard to get a two bedrooms apartment in BCN. Gym was terrible with broken and dangerous equipment. Room was dirty, our coothes got dirty from very dusty shelves and drawers (to be fair the front desk apologised and refunded the parking costs as a gesture). Signs said “no alcohol and no speakers” at the pool yet a group of lads had a speaker and were drinking beer cans in the pool, in front of a member of staff who did nothing Also, several young men passed out on the corridors, all drunk. Location is “ok” but you need to taxi or cycle to the centre otherwise a very long walk. It served its purpose for us but I think we vastly overpaid for very mediocre accommodation.

This place was awesome. Folks were super nice, solid location, comfy. Let us drop off our bags in advance. Would stay again

This is a great place to stay with easy transport links. The room was lovely and incredibly clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. The only appliances missing were a toaster and a coffee maker, which were provided upon request. Very good service.

Clean and friendly

Very friendly staff starting from the pick up service through reception and breakfast team. All good and nothing to complain, noise levels were reasonable since we were close the road side but after awhile you don't really pay attention to it apart when cars use they horns ( and let me tell you, Spanish people like to honk;-) ). Space in general clean and tidy, cleaning team was good in leaving the room tidy, bear in mind that a more detailed cleaning will be done only for extended periods of time (stays over 7days onward), we stay for 4 nights and can say the cleaning service was good and satisfactory for that time frame. Really big shout of thanks to Breakfast buffet lady's, always friendly and welcoming and ready to help when needed some support. For an instance, one of the days I notice there wasn't coming any coffee on the "cafe con leche" machine, and after explaining this to the lady she promptly resolved the issue always with a smile on her face and kind spirit. Both lady's at the breakfast buffet were very kind and friendly. All in all will book again on another trip to Barcelona, nice location also, very central to transport and the Montjuic mountain for a stroll.

This hotel is a great base for exploring Barcelona. The rooms have everything you could need for a city break while being compact, and very well designed. Checking in was a breeze, all staff throughout our stay were helpful and polite. The rooms are very clean, almost like everything is new. The hotel doesn't appear to be in an affluent/glamorous area of town, but we never felt unsafe. If you're getting the Aerobus from the airport, the journey is only about 15 mins, then a five minute walk from the bus stop. As a family, we all agreed we'd definitely stay here again!
