This place lacks some of the warmth ive experienced in other hotels. Some obvious areas of wear. That being said, i dont think it deserves some of the very poor reviews. The rooms although lacking in modern amenities were clean and comfortable. Waterside was an absolute blast for the kids and pool area was clean. Breakfast bare minimum. Decent spot for a short stay. I only put 3 for service, not because they were unpleasant but all staff encountered just seemed indifferent. Nothing noteworthy good or bad.

Clean and nice place with all services not to far around. More suitable for families to attend the pool with slides. I had the room which shared a wall with the pool which made it hard to gontonsleep until the pool closed (thankfully it closes fairly early). Othwrwise room is clean bed is okay. Ac is noisy but overall very good for the price..

The room was very clean and simple, The pool was amazing with the slide it had such a very cool atmosphere. The staff were very kind and quick to get us checked in. The bed was beyond comfortable, we slept amazing! The breakfast was simple and okay, no meat options, It can get you by but meat must be needed!! but breakfast is good if you love only bread and cereal!

Good for the price. Housekeeping was an issue. They claim to make up your room every three days but that was not the case for me. They want you to take out your own trash and swap out your own towels but dont have a proper place to dump things. They ask you to take everything to the front desk which is kind of akward. Otherwise we had a fine stay.
