Very central hotel with parking only a couple minutes walk to the city centre. Friendly and helpful stay, lobby and breakfast room very nice, good quality breakfast. We had a room in a separate building opposite reception, comfortable, no frills room, great for overnight stay. Would definitely return if visiting Poitiers again

We have stayed here twice. The rooms are okay but the location is why we keep coming back along with parking. This time, like last, we had great interactions with staff and they should get a big shout out. They make this okay property, special.

Was a little on the cold side. Despite the low temperatures, the radiators weren’t able to turn on. Otherwise, a good hotel in an excellent location.

Clean and safe. An elevator that you could actually use would have been nice.

Good parking but our room had wifi but NO INTERNET. The staff didn’t want to help. Their answer was THE HOTEL HAS INTERNET. No it doesn’t, see attached screenshot. I demand a compensation!

Enjoyed the convenience of this centrally situated hotel and the parking it offers. Allocated an accessible room, for no particular reason. It felt a little clinical and whilst spacious did not give any great impression of comfort. Large group staying at hotel did not interfere with our stay but made the breakfast buffet a bit of a scrum. However the choice at and value of breakfast was good. A bit impersonal as a place to stay was the balance with convenience.

It's important to understand that the star system tells you important things about the amenities, as well as the price. A/C is extra here, and the rooms are small but clean. The location is top-notch for dining and sight-seeing. The breakfast (extra charge, as is universal in France, but in this case a very small one) is wonderful, with many local products. Above all, the staff are lovely and extremely accommodating, including for example fixing an air conditioner and supplying a power adapter. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough about the staff! They were extremely helpful, helped with dinner recommendations and reservations, and went above and beyond. The hotel is unique and located in the heart of the old city. Walking distance to the city square and surrounded by excellent bistros - too numerous to count. A very short walk to the amazing park which was not only elegant, but blooming!

Good hotel in the heart of the city. Parking was challenging but definitely adequate. Specially if you have a small vehicle. Rooms were simple and functional. Shower had no curtain, service was good, the front desk lady was courteous.
