We had moved and was exhausted. We booked in the last few nights and an extra night and it felt spaceous, a relief from the chaoticness of our moving mess, takeaway, sunset, a wine and relax. The staff were great. The book in simple. Lovely view and relaxing.

This property does not service the room daily. The Interior is old and dusty. The carpets were stained and dirty.

Overall great experence, loved the fact the pool was heated so i was able to swim in winter also while its raining

Run down property with a room survivor that did not work.

Very handy to the airport. Quiet little room with view of the beach from the balcony Some bozo burnt toast at 11pm and had us all evacuated. The directions during evacuation were very unclear. If it was a real fire, we would have been in trouble. Room was dated and stained carpet but overall not an issue.

Room amenities not user friendly. Low budget shower head and poor water pressure.

Thee apparently is no heating in central Tower therefore cold at night Fire alarm going off at 12.45 to be a false alarm left little sleep thinking it would go off again. Fire Warden should have been wearing a hat to be identified.

Excellent location and value for money.

We were given a room on the bottom floor, which I requested via email, and to which I never got a reply. They ‘upgraded’ us to a 3 bedroom apartment. I went to reception and asked for a room higher up, as the only reason I wanted ground floor was to access the pool, which you can’t. She wanted to charge me $600 more (I had paid $2350), for what, I am unsure. The room had many dents in the walls, plaster was missing in some spots. There were marks all over all the walls, including what looked like make up, dirt, scratches etc. the shower curtain had mould all over it which wasn’t pleasant. There was not much crockery and cutlery and these were dirty. There was a glass in the cupboard which was completely dirty with grease all over it. I’m not fussy, as a hotel is for sleep and showering, but it needs to be clean. The pool was lovely and the restaurant was delicious with lovely staff. Front desk staff weren’t that friendly or approachable.

Convenient location, comfortable rooms.

No heating. Was told to turn a/c off as no heating but then room became stuffy. Very noisy and could hear people in the next room. Iron leaked on my clothes. Headboard dirty and could to with a paint freshen up at least.

Floor carpet had stains. Lounge was dirty.

Great atmosphere very clean rooms

Great place to stay, close to the airport, check in was easy. The pool was warm, great restaurant. Tick tick tick

Nice hotel, good breakfast, no issues but nothing special

Got a great rate fir the 2night mid week, ticked the boxes for our need to just relax. Not having a microwave was a bit of a negative but we survived .

I liked this property because of all of the above. I found it easy to get around (no car). Challenging to find somewhere to purchase a Go card- Marcoola Newsagent the only place in the area to buy one. Staff friendly. There were plenty of brochures. Staff not always up to date regards day tours and how to book them. I would highly recommend the Ramada on Marcoola Beach as a good place to stay. Several shops to access across the road.
