Great hotel with a friendly staff within walking distance to most of Venice's tourist attractions.

Excellent hotel, staff is helpful. Buffet was average. Rooms are spacious and very clean.

Lovely hotel conveniently situated between Rialto and St Marco. It’s tucked away in the courtyard so it is very quiet despite being in the middle of touristy area. Our room was large by local standards, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, many options for every taste. The staff is warm and accommodating. We are very happy with our stay and are looking forward to returning to this lovely hotel in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay! I was so close to all of the sights we wanted to see.

We actually had 3 separate types of room here, First the Classic Room we had room 301 and although it was clean and tidy it felt like being in a prison cell we asked to change and they were great. We moved to a Junior suite which we paid extra for, (room 407) and it was amazing I genuinely can't imagine a better room in the heart of Venice. We also had a Deluxe room I think it was room 310 again it was really good, nice size, very clean nice view All 3 rooms were very quite. The hotel was perfect position The breakfast was amazing The staff were exceptional The courtyard was so nice that some walking tours came in to take pictures. As I said earlier i can not imagine there being a better hotel in the position it is in. If I had to be picky I would say the television in each room was poor.

What a hidden gem. This hotel has everything you need (unique location, nice rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff). looking forward to book again in the future.

Traveling solo I booked a small room which turned out to be equipped with everything one would need. It was very clean and superbly organized. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the breakfast wonderful. Although in the middle of San Marco the hotel has its own piazza and is secluded and very private. I will definitely return and highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Al Codega. It is conveniently located in the heart of Venice but tucked away in a quiet courtyard away from the busy streets. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the buffet breakfast was a wonderful bonus. Highly recommend this unique hotel.

The room was very small shower small limited amenities for guest like tissue, body cream hair conditioner etc I found a ugly spider in shower so I didn’t like, noisy, when guest closed the doors in another room,The people at front desk not all was nice and helpful only one older men was helpful and nice the rest not so.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet area. Close to Sam Marco and Rialto. Excellent staff and great breakfast.

I really like this hotel. The room was smaller than I am use to, but it was cozy.

The location is great. The room is small but expected. Amazing breakfast buffet with many local items. Staff is professional. But the bottomline is the location is amazing, you can walk to all the touristy spots within 10-15min

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à cet hôtel. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et l’hôtelier nous parlait même en français. Il nous a même aidé à réserver notre train pour Ravenne. Le déjeuner était excellent et très diversifié. L’hôtel est situé tout près de l’arrêt Rialto ( vaporetto). Il n’y a pas de pont ni de marche pour se rendre du bateau à l’hôtel ce qui est très pratique lorsqu’on traîne des valises. L’emplacement est idéal. C’est à quelques minutes (5 à 8 minutes) du pont du Rialto et de la place St-Marc. Je séjournerai là à ma prochaine visite à Venise.

The Hotel Al Codega provided a first class experience for us. It is absolutely charming and the breakfast was wonderful.
