Everything was clean and well taken care of. The staff there was lovely, there just weren’t enough of them! It was clear it was just after high season.

This is a gorgeous resort hotel that has excellent service, beautiful location. The pool is next level gorgeous next to sea. Good dining. Excellent staff and concierge can book day trips. Just note that beach access is too rocky to swim. There are many stairs all around so hotel is not accessible. Also not much near by. Highly recommend. Very romantic destination. Great honeymoon location. Very happy with our stay. Thank you!

We made a last minute booking for our family at this hotel. The location was superb as was the quality of the hotel. The rooms felt very spacious and private, there was a great kids pool as well as a huge main pool and even a lovely seaside terrace with access to the ocean. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful - they would do everything possible to help with our every request BUT there were not enough staff - particularly at the breakfast buffet. The staff were so overwhelmed and could not keep up with the demand which meant it could be hard to find a clean table, a plate or even sometimes food. There was also no children’s menu for dinners and the dinner service was late by UK kids standards. We have fussy eaters which meant this was very difficult for us to navigate. Again the staff were so great - always trying to help us. Food wise for the adults it was fabulous - we absolutely loved the Japanese restaurant right on the waters edge. It’s been an incredible holiday and I would highly recommend for families.

The property is awesome but could use a little attention to detail. Upon greeting it would be nice to learn of the properties amenities (I.e. tennis courts with lessons available). Which restaurants are open when, and some visitor conveniences would be nice - snorkel gear, tennis rackets. The toilets by the beach should be checked regularly for cleanliness.

Beautiful resort with plenty to do. We had glorious weather and lived the pool areas and multiple access to the sea. Gym was great and we enjoyed all the dining options. We opted to to the wine tasting which was great - met some lovely people and the staff were great.

Overall a bit disappointing. The lounge chair area on the beach, which was something that was a deciding factor for us, wasn't even open. Also, the natural swimming pool area was very dirty with floating trash and trash around that beach area (with the lounge cushions). There was a concert doing sound checks all afternoon which was very disruptive when we came to relax. Also our tv and hair dryer was broken. The wait staff at the pool were unhelpful and not attentive.

Positives: - reception staff are extremely welcoming and helpful - the main pool is great - variety of food options at dinner buffet Negatives: - breakfast / dinner / poolside service is terrible, inefficient and chaotic (tables not cleared, food not replenished, no knives and forks etc) - management issue not the fault of any of the servers - generally quite dated look to the resort - rooms are too dark - no water to shower one evening - overpriced

The resort has an array of facilities – pools, basketball and soccer courts, restaurant and spa. They also have a fair amount of dining options. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. Georgia helped me find a local osteopath to treat a recurring back issue, which helped. I do think the house keeping of the rooms need to pay more attention to details – my room wasn’t swept properly and the bathroom has hair from the previous guest.

Great hotel once you get to property. Not the best area around it, over ran and dirty, but property other than beach is nice. Restaurant was great! Beds are very comfortable.

Wonderful place! Lots of space, great service, nice pool though I wish the water were warmer. I wish they had a hot tub for cooler days. The reservation restaurant wasn’t as nice as the restaurant by the ocean. The area surrounding the resort was run down, but that’s not their fault. Overall an incredible place to stay.

A really peaceful stay in a very well equipped resort. We stayed in a superior suite which was absolutely excellent and the food on offer was always to a high standard. We had a car so it was easy to visit the neighbouring towns and villages but without a car it would have been impossible. Therefore, if you want to see more than just the hotel you do need a rental. Overall very pleased.
