Overall the hotel was good. The size was small and the toilet even smaller (with no floor mats/towels). We checked in for 5 nights. First night our shower was clogged and they were kind enough to change our room and somehow this new room was way bigger which was nice (Room 302). The hot shower wasn't always working but we didn't really care. Wanted to give the hotel a good review but something happened on our last day which unfortunately turn this into a negative one. After checking out on the last day we needed to get to the airport and decided to take Uber. As we already ran out of mobile data, we used the hotel WiFi to get uber. As we were in France the uber driver spoke french and only little english. We wanted to help guide him to the hotel, as we are unable to converse at all in french we asked for the receptionist working at that time to talk to the driver. I kept the driver on the phone for a long time as she was talking to some of the hotel's customers and only asked her to help once we saw her without customers. But with a snobbish way she told me if "I could do the talking myself since she has another call to attend to", while pointing to the phone which was on the table in front of her. All I needed was a simple direction to the hotel in French to be told to the driver. Just because we have checked out you treat your customers this way?! We all work in the service industry and it's important to highlight when this things happen. Please advise your staff that was working that morning. Date: 9/5/2017 at 0815. Thank you.
