I loved everything! The only thing I wished we had in our room was a microwave. Our last stay we had one but the room we got this time sadly didn’t.

The hotel was apparently just renovated but the water pressure was terrible and it took at least 5 minutes to heat up to warm. The rug was already unraveling where it met the tile in our room. There were no sheets for the pull out couch. There was some kind of pill inside the couch when we pulled it out. They were painting the outside so there was plastic over our window.

The mini fridge was old and outdated so are beverages were not kept cold enough. The AC unit was outdated as well, the carpet was wet from the AC. Overall the location was very nice and clean. Easy access to the highway and shops.

They were in the process of renovating. I’ve been in hotels before that are under such conditions, but not like this one. The hallways and elevators were rarely vacuumed, and most of the time you walked on pieces of plaster and cement powder. The pillows in the broom were equal to the quality of dollar tree and so were the towels. There were no toiletries. I had to ask for a shower, cap and body lotion. When I complained one of the managers came up with two bottles of water and two bags of potato chips and said he was sorry. Before I left, I spoke with another manager who agreed to give us a 25% discount off the 300 and some odd dollars that we were paying a day. I told him if I wanted to go to the red roof and I would’ve stayed there for $69 a night. Anyway, before I left, they agreed to give a 25% discount and when I spoke to hotels.com. They were extremely gracious and also offered us a discount on our stay I think hotels.com save the day in my estimation. But I would never recommend this Marriott !

Hotel is in renovation phase but doing a great job in not affecting guests. Our room was recently updated and we were very satisfied. Front desk staff was exceptionally great. Only issue was parking could be a bit better but that's due to the renovation. Will definitely return.
