Hotel is just ok. If you want to enjoy the breakfast, make sure you wake up early.

The location was perfect for our American Dream adventure. It only took us 8 min to drive to the Mall. The room was comfy and clean. The location was quiet and well maintained. Overall it was a perfect stay for a family of 4. The front desk was always welcoming and smiling, willing to help. We stayed for 2 nights and they did not came to clean. Keep that in mind. Breakfast was ok. No complaint.

Always a pleasure staying with residence inn. Great room service. Pool was opened with lots of towels. Various options to choose from at breakfast.

The property was quiet and very convenient to visit American Dream.

I stayed here in the 2bedroom sutie for my sons 11th birthday and it was one of the best stays in a hotel that we have ever had. They had all the supplies in the kitchen we needed and lots of space. Also i didnt know there was 2 bathrooms full bathrooms. It was amazing.

Seems to be some "permanent residents" which is not a good look at breakfast.

Roma were extremely unclean, and outdated Trash inside the pull out couch Breakfast was discussing stale undone not fully cooked

The hotel was clean and also the staff was excellent.

The room is so spacious like a studio type apartment.

Hotel turned hot water off on Monday and did not tell any guests. Housekeeping did not enter our room once while there (3 nights) - no clean towels and no empty trash.

Headboard was dirty. Ceiling and vents above the bed were covered in dust like they hadnt been cleaned for some time. Did not get a hot shower between 4 of us in 2 days. The pull out mattress was unfit to sleep on and we couldnt get a mattress cover when requested because they were "all being used". Seemed like there were alot of temporary residents there vs. Hotel guests.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly, breakfast was decent . But the Jets on the hot tub wasn't really working, it would go on once in awhile and we noticed there was some worms around the pool area.
