Dated& not clean. Found mouse droppings.

There was long term tenants and they were making too much noise until late at night. Don’t think will stay there again.

Friendly staff. The hotel is not bad for the price.

The room was very musty smelling, carpets seemed very dirty and several gnats flying around in the bathroom. For the price though, this was acceptable - you get what you pay for. Otherwise the room itself served its purpose. Friendly staff, well-stocked breakfast options (waffles, hot eggs/meat items, yogurt, juice, breads, cereal, oatmeal, several fruit options). Would stay again but perhaps I would ask next time to get a less musty room.

Our check in was lovely and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean but the closet smelled a little musty. Overall, the room appeared to need updates. There was a lot of noise throughout the night, and we heard doors opening and shutting and general disruptions from the hall. We were only there for one night though so not sure if this is a common occurrence or just based on guests.

Hotel is very run down. First room we were given had a toilet that didn't flush. Second room had flooring that was peeled up and unsafe to walk on. Staff was nice.

Very easy check in and the woman at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area.

Nice staff, quick check in. Breakfast was at 6am which worked for me.

I was so happy to find this hotel on such short notice. I made reservations at a horrible hotel in the city of Lebanon, Pa. and I needed to get out of the inmate halfway house. The hotel in Jonestown was more than I expected along with a fantastic price. This hotel is definitely top notch.

Very clean, quiet, with a great breakfast

Property needs renovation inside and out. Shower clogged up and carpet is not clean. Best thing going is the hot breakfast with many options.

Quiet and check in was easy!

The breakfast was not very good. The same stuff every day. Had to look someone up to make coffee. Leftovers from the day before. Just wasn't managed very well. We were to have our sheets changed midway through our stay. We stayed a week, but this never happened.

I was there briefly overnight on a highway trip. Staff were kind and helpful. I was grateful to get a good rest. I grabbed some breakfast to eat later in the car.

Check-in was a breeze. The host was very friendly and courteous.

Good hotel, comfortable, clean, good breakfast, very convenient

Staff at check in wasn't capable, the room assigned had a severely damaged floor. They agreeably moved us. Tap for payment did not show the amount clearly. When asked for a receipt, was told the computer was down for updating. The receipt was sent to me via email.
