The area was very central however hotel itself is overpriced. Dining area is small and stuffy and the breakfast is not good. Food has been standing out for quite some time. Disappointing overall wouldn’t stay there again.

Ideally situated small, friendly hotel in old walled town yet just minutes from bus hub,ferries to Dinard & beyond as well as beautiful beaches. We were able to easily visit many lovely places by public transport from this base. Very helpful staff. Comfortable & stylish room,tasty/varied breakfast. Soundproof windows were effective, as this is situated in a popular area,with many shops & cafés also street sweeper machines at work early mornings. None of this affected our good night's sleep! Very happy with our stay!

Efficient check-in, clean and comfortable room plus a good breakfast. We only stayed one night but could have happily stayed for longer. We will look to stay here again on future visits to St Malo.

The hotel was very central, small room but clean and comfortable for 2 nights. Breakfast was good plenty to choose from. Bacon & Eggs, cereals, croissants, pancakes, bread, toast, yoghurts.

It was interesting to stay in the wall of the Fort. The parking was free overnight, which was a nice surprise. It is a convenient location, close to grocery store, easy to drive in and out of. Room was rather cramped but clean.

We had a very good experience at this three star hotel over the August Bank holiday. The room was light and airy and the staff very friendly. The only downside was the road sweeper which arrived about 6.45 am every morning to clean the square outside which woke us up. Wasn't a problem for us as we were able to go back to sleep but it's something to be aware of. Clearly the hotel can't do anything about this.

Hotel in the middle of the old town near restaurants, bars and major sights. Rooms were small but clean, very friendly and helpful staff.

Good location in intra muros close to shops, restaurants and bars. Very helpful staff and 24 hour desk. Very good breakfast facilities.

Very convenient location within walking distance of all amenities. Very friendly and informative staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. The room was a little cramped although we have had a more spacious room on a previous occasion.

We stayed here for one night before catching the boat back to Portsmouth. The location is fantastic, right near the middle of the Intra-Muros area, and no more than 5 minutes walk from anywhere in the walls. The hotel is lovely, modern and well kept. The room was comfortable, and there wasn't any problem with street noise from the second floor.
