Great location, friendly and polite staff. Stayed here a 2/3 times before due to location and helpful staff.

We had a wonderful week long stay at this hotel. It was reasonably priced for a hotel with AC during the Olympics. The room was a bit small but this was offset by the great location and the outstanding customer service. All staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I stayed here for two nights and my stay was pleasant. The hotel room was a lot smaller than I expected, decent sized bathroom, however the bedroom had just enough space for the bed, which wasn't what I expected based on the booking photos and the cost I paid for the room. I also found the sound-proofing to be lacking, I could hear others in their rooms very clearly, and it's by a busy street so I could hear the traffic clearly as well. It's about a 10 minute walk from the galeries lafayette and the Roissy Bus stop, so that was very convenient. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful as well.

Nice hotel, very well located next to Saint Lazare station. Recently renovated. Breakfast is ok. Rooms are really small, and not well insulated. The street was pretty noisy at night.

The hotel is in a quiet street with a busy upmarket shopping area close by, 20 mins walk to main tourist attractions and fabulous sights. Our room was small but cosy, comfortable beds and daily housekeeping. We were on street level with passersby every morning so couldn't open curtains or window for privacy reasons and wondered what it is like in hot summer! Staff were friendly and helpful too. I would definitely ask for upper level balcony room if I was to stay again.
